Pros and cons
Pros: racking up points quickly. Fairly straight forward. Cons: 1) I don’t get why there’s a spinner when the spinner doesn’t work. 2) I don’t get why I have to wait 96 hours to cash out on my hard earned points. And when I emailed them… nothing lol. I may come back and edit in a couple days once I can cash out.

Thoroughness Over Speed When Working With Ipsos iSay
This survey platform is viable and well-structured, offering immediate payouts. You will eventually need customer service to address survey submission issues, broken surveys and missing points. While customer service responds promptly, their answers are often generic. You may need to clarify your inquiry to receive a helpful response (send a follow-up email). The site also suffers from significant lag, causing surveys to slow down or freeze, leading to lost progress and missed opportunities, as progress is rarely saved and quotas fill quickly. Finally, an AI system reviews entries, and average participants may be flagged, leading to warnings or removal. WARNING: The initial promised points for each survey often change after pre-qualification, decreasing significantly, making the effort potentially not worth the time.

The survey platform works well enough…
The survey platform works well enough for basic market research needs. Navigation feels intuitive and the dashboard provides decent analytics. However, response rates seem lower than expected compared to other platforms I've tried. Customer support took nearly three days to respond to my inquiry. Good for simple surveys but lacks some advanced features.

They are actively advertising on Facebook that they are looking for women that listen to rock music and then when I signed up they said my profile does not match the requirements. What requirements am I not matching since I literally gave no detail other than name and email at sign up???

Not as good as it used to be.....💩
Not as good as it used to be! Too many errors and surveys which decline after a minute or so. So difficult to actually make any money these days! TBH, Ipsos has turned into 💩I count myself lucky if I can make £1 a week! Absolute 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩!
