Redeemed 200 Gcash yesterday...got paid in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much. After that positive experience from the platform, It gives me more joy to answer all the surveys to me

So downloaded it, since I have spare time at night shift. I answered all questions about myself and lifestyle ect for surveys.
Apparently I am not an interesting higher middle class consumer since it has been 2 days and got 1 survey That took 2 min. Oh well. I will find something else to keep me awake.

Don’t bother.

I was introduced to Ipsos many years ago as a teenager, my Mum used to do their phone surveys and they were looking for teenage participants for one. Over the years I've had a few vouchers and its been a nice occasional treat to experience, however for the past several years I've had no surveys. Today I got yet another email to say they haven't seen me in a while, and to update my profile and then there is the standard message about surveys coming soon.

I'm 3 points away from a £5 voucher, 3! Its been like that for a long time.

IPSOS surveys are a SCAM !!!

They "disqualify" you after answering all of the questions on most of their surveys !!!

There are hundreds of 1 star ratings by other people on Trustpilot showing a similar experience with your IPSOS survey SCAM !

continually ask you for more info about yourself to "complete your profile," difficult to find how many points you have, rewards are very small, and difficult to even find your account

It’s a scam. They didn’t pay for my effort. I spent time on their survey, gave genuine answer and got no reward. That’s hours of work and also my private information! I redeemed a gift card but cannot access it. Ipso Isay replied that they think my profile doesn’t fit.

If my profile doesn’t fit, they shouldn’t allow me to do the survey in the first place. It’s a total scam to let me do the survey and not pay the reward. They can discontinue my account but should pay for the surveys that I have already done!

I want to tell people about the scam that Ipsos Interactive and Rakuten Insight are doing. This is not just a mistake. It is a plan to take peoples information without paying them for it.

I just spent a time giving my thoughts on a Survey. I answered all the questions. Gave them lots of details that big companies usually pay a lot of money for.

Here is what happened:
When I finished the survey they got all the information they wanted from me like how money my family makes and what I buy.. Then after completing the survey they showed me a screen that said I got 0 points.

This is a trick. They make you think you will get something for taking the survey. Then they do not give you anything. They take all your information. Do not pay you for it. This is not right. They are taking peoples work and information without paying them.

My opinion is that Ipsos Interactive and Rakuten Insight are not a company. They take peoples information. Sell it to big companies, like Nestlé. They do not care about the people who take the surveys. They just want to make money from the information they get. Do not waste your time on this website. They do not think your time is worth anything. They make money from the information they take from you. Ipsos Interactive and Rakuten Insight are companies that take advantage of people.

Can't access or being verified

Joined around 2 months ago and have already had 2 product tests, a focus group study and numerous survey opportunities. I am on several panel research sites and have been for decades, and this is the best I have used. Frequent relevant surveys are sent, screening out is swift and you are rewarded with 3 stars (3p) every survey you are screened out of. When I have needed to contact customer service the response is prompt and answers my issue.
