I spent a lot of time completing surveys on this app and finally reached the minimum number of points required to redeem my reward. However, as soon as I reached the threshold, my access to redeem my points was suddenly blocked without any explanation.
It took a lot of effort to get there, only to be locked out at the last moment. I have sent more than two emails to customer support and have never received a response.
The lack of communication and transparency is extremely disappointing and makes this experience feel like a scam. I would not recommend this app unless they properly address these issues.

I am very disappointed with Ipsos iSay. I have spent a lot of time completing surveys, but lately, they haven't given me anything. It feels like a waste of time and effort without any real reward. I don't recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable platform.
