Not trustworthy, I never received my pedals

Bought a pair of power meters and did receive it. They worked for a few rides and than just started to give completely unrealistic readings. Like 500 Watts when I was pedaling super easy.

Contacted the support for replacement. They just said I should reinstall them until they make a software update to "remove all false readings". But they don't have a time line for that.

The software update did not come in over a year. How should a software update fix a broken sensor anyway? Scam, money lost.

Became a backer on kickstarter in April 2018! Still no sign of or honest communication for receiving my order. Is it just risk or fraud?

Order nr. EN21070 from feb. 2021, payed 220 euro, never received the pedals, or money back. So scam, I don't understand how they can keep going with webshop.

The problem is how TF are they able to mantain a website and pretending to still working as a company after have stolen almon 3 millon Euro since the crowfounding on indiegogo in 2018.
I'm still waiting 4 set o pedal preodered as backer 5 year ago:(

They took my money in 2020 and still haven't provided my power meters. Their website is up and down like a yoyo and they keep changing information.
Scam company who fail to deliver on their promises and left hundreds in the same boat with power meters.
Don't believe what you read on their website, the PRODUCT IS STILL NOT PROPERLY TESTED, even if you order one and get it.

Placed a pre-order in 2020. Many excuses later, the iqsquare.com website is gone and so - I assume - is my money. Avoid like the plague!

still waiting as a backer - don't trust this company. Now new customers can supposedly order directly from factory. the front runner powermeter pedal design/company is far from what was put forward from the start.

Do not buy anything from this company after 3 years of waiting I requested a refund, which never appeared. They then refused to reply to my emails requesting information on my refund. They use a third party to ensure you can not get your money back through your credit card company. Is a SCAM!!!

Was a little worried but had already done the order before reading these negative posts, However the pedals arrived and worked well but discharged the battery very quickly, after asking advice a new pair of pedals were dispatched the same day and I'm happy to say they are everything I had hoped for.

As IQSquare have just deleted all of their Facebook reviews, I'm posting here. This is a company founded on dishonesty, incompetence and manipulation. Failing to build a power meter is one thing, but they have never faced up to their failings and have always been focused on who their next "mark" will be, never letting laws or existing obligations get in their way.

If they eventually produce a functioning power meter, DO NOT BUY IT. They cannot be trusted and you are potentially throwing away your money. The people behind this company need to be barred from running a business ever again. You should spend your money with a company that deserves it.

Thieves. Ordered more than a year ago, never shipped and when you ask for a refund they don't respond. I'm pressing charges for fraud.

For me it's fishy that they had a perfectly working sample in 2019, like the competition from Garmin or Favero & still can't deliver!
As far as I know, he's the only person who has ever seen a pedal from IQ²! It's a scam!

Ordered a road and mtb set at the official site in 2019... Never received it after waiting, waiting and waiting. They came now and then with updates on indiegogo.com and promised again and again to deliver soon. I decided to cancel my order in july 2021.
Asked frequently by mail to get a refund, waited 30 working days and then 15 again, but they never paid me back.

Took my money over a year ago (as of September 2021 it'll be 16mths). They had no production-ready items available for delivery to paying customers after the year, so I requested a refund. I've emailed multiple times but have yet to hear a response from them. Scam company, avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!!

I warn you. This is a scam. I have no pedal and no money.

I pre-ordered (i did not fund the Kickstarter) as I thought that meant they had product to ship. Over a year later and I don't have a product. I requested a refund, they delayed and delayed. 8 weeks later and I still don't have my refund. Now the emails are going unanswered.

Does not ship product or refund their customers. Total scam.
