Poor Workmanship
I’m sure we have all done it. You buy something, or get something done somewhere you hope will save a couple of quid – but it turns out that it doesn’t work out, and you wish you’d just paid the money to get it done it properly in the first place. Happened to me at Iridium. Demonstrably poor workmanship, with a drab, poorly written and inaccurate invoice. Request for a part refund not acknowledged. No sense that the car has been looked after by BMW specialists, no BMW gems of wisdom about my car, all very disappointing. A service all forms part of the cars history, but it actually won’t help me much when I come to part with this car. I haven’t come away with that sense of satisfaction that the car is OK for another year. Wouldn’t do it again. Money wasted. Not to be recommended.
