I bought a treadmill. After 4 months the RUNNING DECK broke down. I wrote to the postal address, 6 weeks have passed but still no one has answered.

I read the bad reviews the day after I had ordered a multi gym. I thought I had made a big mistake and would not see my goods for a long time and regretted buying from IrishSportsWarehouse. But my order arrived 5 days after purchase and everything ok, no parts missing. I have to say i am happy with the service

It's a pitty I have to give this one star, need to make an option for zero stars. This is my first time EVER writing on online review for anything. I purchased a treadmill back in March before shut down, unit arrived promptly. I had the unit 3 weeks when I was walking and it started to smoke. It gave a loud bang and blew everything in the house. The belt completely seized and the treadmill showed an E6 error message. I reported the fault on April 15th 2020. I have sent 25+ emails with automated responses. I had small correspondence in regards to it, asking for detailed descriptions of what happened (already sent this on multiple occasions with pictures ) eventually the 14th of July 2020 (3 months on) I received an email to expect a call from a courier company to collect the unit but haven't heard a single thing since. Its now 4 months since I reported the fault and nothing is being done. Tried calling multiple times and it advises to email although now most gyms etc are open irish warehouse refuses to open its phones and refuses to answer emails. I checked up the companies background with its company registration number and it seems like a legit registered company but this feels like i've been completely scammed and contemplating legal action should this go on any longer. Absolutely no respect for their customers who supported an Irish company during hard times just closed its doors , continued to take orders/ money for orders they can't fulfill and stopped all communications across all platforms.

5 weeks waiting for an order for an item which was apparently “in stock”. They took the money very quickly from my account but I didn’t mind as I got an email very quickly to say the order has been “dispatched” and then that’s it. 5 weeks later and nothing. I understand COVID has had an impact with regards to shipping and packaging orders but 5 weeks.....come on. Either the item was not in stock or I have just had €339 taken out of my account. I had been given them a chance and have sent a few emails but I feel the time has come to contact my bank and cancel the transaction. I have learnt the very hard way of not checking out this company before I ordered from their website. I have never in my life dealt with such poor customer service. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Also they call themselves Irish Sports Warehouse but they are a UK based company, check out sports and leisure UK, shocking poor rating on trust pilot, same company by the looks of it. Believe the very poor rating and reviews here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....WILL NOT STAND OVER WARRANTY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..BELIEVE THE POOR RATINGS ON HERE....

ordered a treadmill which arrived quickly enough but was faulty from the start.
after numerous emails videos etc they sent me a replacement deck .... was quite a big job to change it myself ...
new deck is still faulty ... just cheaply made product...
spend your money elsewhere

I preordered a trampoline in May that was due in stock on 15th June. I emailed them at the end of June as I’d heard nothing, I got an automated email but a day later I got a further email from them apologising and saying that the trampoline would be back in stock shortly. On the 6th July got a further email saying it was despatched and then on the 10th it was delivered. After reading all the reviews I was only expecting the worst so when it arrived I was very surprised. It’s in perfect condition and exactly what we ordered

We received a table tennis table nearly 3 mths after purchasing and it was meant to arrive in May. The table won't fit our garden so need to return it and have tried to call and emailed daily for what we need to do and have heard nothing. Fraudsters... wouldny rebuy from them.

I ordered a kids garden pool here last week in desperation as they were sold out in all the usual shops. I did read bad reviews but chanced it anyway. Excellent experience, product as described delivered ahead of schedule 😊

I was so worried after I placed my order and then seen some of the reviews. I placed my order on a Friday and received a message a few days later saying it was with the courier but no details of the courier and then On Monday got a call from delivery driver to say he’d be with me in 10 mins. Treadmill in perfect working order. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because they didn’t answer any of my emails.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. 6 weeks and still waiting delivery of order. Unable to contact by phone and no response via email.

I would rate less than 1 star if was possible, shocking company. Bought a massage couch for work purposes, needed asap. I was promised a 3 day delivery, 6 weeks later absolutely nothing despite numerous emails. Dont waste your money or time dealing with this company.

Ordered a punchbag for 339.99 it had numbers on it for striking combinations . They sent me the wrong one without the numbers which was 40 euro cheaper. I have contacted them but they have just ignored me.They are are crooked company ,if only I'd checked for reviews I would not have bought anything from them. stay clear at all costs.Rip off merchants with no shame.

If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID this company they exploit innocent customers. There is no customer support whatsoever they will take your money and send lots of automated messages. You will be left waiting as they push out delivery dates time and time again. If you have placed an order contact your credit card company and request a call back of the cost.

Very Bad......

No reply to emails for almost 2 months. I contacted there head office in the UK, RCD retail LTD. Couldn't find a direct email address for them so I contacted them through Amazon. Got a reply the following morning saying my package was "lost in transit". Received a full refund 3 days later.

Sports and Leisure uk amazon seller profile then send them a message. Hopefully it will work for other people

Paid €320 for a punch bag on the 2nd June, it’s now exactly 5 weeks later and I have heard nothing. I have sent multiple emails without any response, and the phone line is not in operation. A really terrible company to be dealing with. Genuinely no idea what to do next as there are no responses at all to anything.

Bought a hillman golf trolley for 429e on march 22nd 2020 .trolley delivered in may after numerous emails.after putting it together and charging battery the trolley never worked .sent at least 100 emails but no response and 200ph calls u get automated replies.Totally useless customer service as it says its staff are working from home.
Eventually got email saying i sent too many emails and that a courier would be in touch.as u can imagine that hasnt happened either.now september 8th and still no contact
