I've been a massive fan and repeat customer of their brand. however in good conscience I cant recommend them.

as others have stated, their customer service is horrible. I ordered a satin shirt that was delivered dirty... with brown splotches on it, and nothing works to get it out.

I attempted to call their customer service hotline, which was disconnected. I've sent multiple emails, with zero reply back.

this brand has such potential but clearly doesnt have the professional infrastructure or management to gain the kind of traction that would make them a behemoth, disappointed at such unprofessional conduct.

I placed an order for some pants that were too small, so i read their return and exchange policy and i wrote the e mail in the way they wanted to so i could get an exchange. About 2 weeks have gone by still no answer. however they do still send me advertisements. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Horrible company. My son placed an order with them and they charged $50 in shipping. I tried calling their customer service number, and it's disconnected. I sent them an email with my concern, ZERO response.

I find their Hiroshima jacket very insensitive. The city it self wouldnt br but its also got Nagasaki on it and those two cities combined make me think of all the horrible deaths that happened in those cities in the mid 1940s

Ordered 6 or seven items of clothing..paid withbwebsite offered discount code.day later thank you email.day later partially refunded. Day later fully refunded. No explanation why order cancelled. Sent email asking why..no reply. Don't bother with them. Time waste.
