Satisfied customer, upset they're gone

I wore Iron Fist Merch from my early teens until I turned twenty. I always bought from a third party (ie a store) or was gifted their products. I never had a problem with quality, apart from one bag which straps broke, but that was partly my fault as I used it as a school bag. So I cannot relate to views about poor quality. I still have shoes and purses from Iron First that are 4+ years old and still look new.

I cannot comment about ordering from them online, IIRC, their UK website was always quite glitchy, it was hard to navigate and the shipping was expensive. So I always sourced stuff I liked elsewhere. In the last few years, their products didn't really appeal to me and seemed to hike in price so I stopped buying.

Now it appears they are out of business, I am presuming because of a lawsuit. There seems to be no information ANYWHERE about this. As a satisfied customer, as opposed to the people who sadly had bad experiences with the brand in the past, I really want to know what happened to them.

Company has gone out of business and…

Company has gone out of business and owes customers.
Iron Fist sent me a credit note and told me new items will be available soon, since then the company has been quiet, hasn't updated or posted anything in a year and now the site is down and emails arent being replied to. I've read many other customers have been ripped off by them too. Complain to trading standards ombudsman!

I have ordered two pairs of shoes from them, both broke after 2 wears... Both are 'vegan' which is just an excuse to sell very poorly made plastic. Had to go in the bin.
Written from someone who has never worn items of this poor a quality.

Order placed on 26 March but then nothing from them since! Money has left my account but my items haven’t arrived and nobody will respond to my emails. I’ve tried calling but the line just goes dead.

I made an order lat 1st March

I made an order last 1st March. They took my money, and I didn't know again from them.
I have not received my item, and they don't reply to my emails.

Please, don't trash your money as I did, trusting them. You will be only robbed.

Rubbish products and customer service to match.

It took almost a month for the shoes to arrive, and at first they were sent to Austria.. Not Australia where I live. I wore the shoes ONCE. ONCE. And when I took them off, the upper shoe had separated from the sole. I sent them an animal.. no reply. I sent them another email a couple days later.. no reply. I sent them yet another email 5 days after.. again no reply. And again after a week I sent a 4th, 5th, and 6th email and they still ignored me. It wasn’t until I took to Instagram to mention that they were ignoring my inquiry over these poorly made shoes that they said to me that I can’t have a refund now because X amount of days had past... so first they send my order to another country, and then they ignore me to the point where I can’t have a refund. When I called them out on it, they then again did not respond. I wore the shoes for a second time today and I wasn’t even surprised when the buckle fell off the shoe.
So there you have it, a company who sells shotty products and provides a level of customer service to match. I hope they’re out of business very soon honestly, no one should be made to feel like they don’t matter nor should they be scammed for their money.

Refunded without warning

Ordered a pair of heels in September as a gift. Six days later received an email literally only saying 'refunded $65' and with a picture of the heels. never received any other contact or explanation from them when email easily available for their use. extremely poor communication. Will never order from them again.

Awesome designs but poor some quality

Had an issue back when they were relocating ware house where I never got my order and my emails were ignored until I opened a PayPal case and they instantly refunded soon after.

Apart from that one time of not receiving an order all futures orders haven't had further issues from not receiving items.

The designs of the items are absolutely beautiful but sometimes the quality is utter pants for the expensive price tags.

Good Company

Overall: I have bought from Iron Fist several times and have found it to be a pleasant experience.

Quality: I have 11 products from Iron Fist and they all fit comfortably and feel nice except the Trapeze I'm melting dress which hangs really loose but I think that's the style.

Postage: Except during their relocation and over Christmas I have always received my order within the expected time frame.

Customer Service: I've only ever had one issue in which I was able to purchase out of stock items but this was due to their relocation and they promptly refunded me and sent me the items which were in stock.

DO NOT ORDER FROM IRONFIST

I ordered 2 items on 12th February and paid for 2 day delivery service. When the items hadn't arrived by the 24th February I called up and spoke to someone who instantly refunded my postage charge and said she would get the order despatched. Unfortunately only half of my order was received and when I chased again, I was told that the missing half of my order would be posted on 29th February. When by 17th March my order had still not arrived I called and emailed and requested a refund for this missing item. I had changed bank accounts within this month and was told that the refund could only go back to the card I had paid on. Disputing this, I asked for the money to be returned to my new account or via paypal. After several back and forths via email (between 17th-23rd March) I was told that my complaint was being handed to Travis the CEO and he would process the refund on PayPal with the email address I had supplied on 24th March. Now on 6th April, I AM STILL YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND. I have contacted Trading Standards about this today as nothing has been done

Think twice before ordering

So far I have ordered from the online shop twice. The first time when I got my package, a top was missing and I got a note saying it was out of stock and that I'm to contact them to arrange a replacement or refund. It took me a week before somebody picked up the phone.
The second time, now, I made an order 16/02/2016, it is 09/03/2016 and the package is still not here. I sent repeated e-mails asking about the order status but received no reply. Unprofessional. Think twice if the clothes are worth the drama.

Still haven't received item

Ordered an item off Iron Fist uk on the 29th January still waiting for the item. Now the website says they are moving warehouses so are closed. Didnt explain this when ordering. Eventually had a e-mail saying they will delivery next week if they can, as moving the warehouse . Im sorry but this is awful service. Gone through paypal to get a refund. Will not order from them again.

Dishonest

Refused to refund my return initially.

Their 7 day returns period for sales items is incorrect and in contradiction with UK law. Whether an item is a sale item or full price is immaterial, a consumer is entitled to a full 14 calendar days to cancel their order when placed online, and then has a further 14 days to return items after this time. My cancellation and return was made well within this time scale. Their mis-representation of a customer's right to return on their website terms and returns policy means the returns period is actually extended from the legal right. Failure to provide the required information, or to provide it in the way set out in the regulations, could result in cancellation rights being extended by up to a year.

My return was processed on providing this information and a refund eventually received. They promised to update their terms on 20/10/2014 (Omar Isap, UK Customer Services, Iron Fist Clothing), as of 15/12/2014 they have not. Clearly not interested in honouring their legal obligations for returned goods and very dishonest.

Awful company and very bad service!

My wife ordered two pairs of shoes on Sunday morning. On Thursday, only one pair of shoes arrived. The pair that arrived (flat green ballerina pumps) looked cheap and nasty. No communication at all on what happened to the other pair. She was charged the full amount for both pairs of shoes. I had to call their "Customer Services" department and spoke to an angry member of staff who seemed frustrated that they had received too many orders! On top of the postage that my wife paid for the shoes to be sent out, she now has to pay the delivery costs to return them whilst still being out of pocket for the shoes she never received.

I cannot recommend Iron Fist and would certainly advise others to stay well clear of their products and services.
