Very poor service for what they charge…
Very poor service for what they charge I paid $2700 cash and they did nothing sent in a offer of compromise with a (I don't have money to pay and my husband don't have a job) that's all the paper read. Something I could have done myself. So for $2700 I could have just called my grandma who been dealing with taxes for 17years and got a better outcome and lack of communication, no phone calls, no letters I ain't heard nothing in almost a year but my money paid I wish they give my money back they didn't do nothing and I am still watching my back with the IRS. threatening to take my house, cars, whatever they can but I paid them $2700 to handle my case still nothing. I guess at this point I am going to smalls claim court for my money even staying on top of them didn't get nothing done all they do is take money very inexperienced with this process
