Bought a IRULU Power bank 1 or 2 years ago. didn't use it. Now I start charging electricity to the power bank. It doesn't charge. Read the manual, a very small piece of paper, I realized the power bank doesn't function any more. The product has no info on where it was made from!! Called IRULU 800-542-1798. No customer service. checked irulu.com, the page says: The connection to irulu.com is not secure.

I bought one of their tablets several years ago and only used it for a few months because I got a laptop. I havent used it in several years and have forgotten my sign in pattern and I'll be damned if I can't find a working phone number to call these people. After reading some of these reviews however I'm now afraid to even use it in fear of getting a virus.

I bought a Irulu's Flagship Geoking 3 Max, it has two viruses built into it .one of them is in the sound recorder app a android/trojan.agent.aed, it can't be removed and it's a system app, good luck. I use my phone for business and this is no good. the other malware also verified by Malwarebytes is in the QuickTouch app android/Adware.Xinyinhe.CJ , also a system app ...which cannot be removed! I registered as a customer on irulu.com to complain. They have not responded to my email . today I'm considering calling the sales company that I bought it from in China but I don't know where that would get me I think there's a 12 month warranty but if you can't contact them it isn't really worth much is it... And the Flash for the camera on the front also failed after 3 months...
I succeeded the flashing firmware but the firmware download at naijarom.com had the same problems!! Same Embedded malware and also trojan dropper...Irulu.com does not email back ...has not responded to my customer contact...
I'm very upset about buying a phone with spyware built into it from China and I will not use it for business...Bad Company, Do Not Buy!

Nice phone for the price does what it says on the box good looking phablet will definitely use irulu products again

Do not buy any device with this brand.
It really sucks so much of the hardware you get the quality.
Give $ 10 more to get another ir device.
VIRUS attacks in addition.

I brought tablet 2 years ago and it's been sitting in my pile of maybe I can fix later. Charging port broke first time I used it. Contacted company and they could/would not help. I want buy anything by this brand and will bad mouth them every chance I get.

I bought a irulu u2 2 months ago and I have had a very great experience using the device, no faults no trouble, but all of a sudden I find it downloading apps all by itself... I don't know what's happening but I can't get those apps off the device... I factory reset the phone and the app are still there... Guess it's a virus, but I really need to know how to get rid of those virus so I can start using my device like when I just bought it... Please any help out there that can solve my problem I would appreciate it
