They rip off their contractors.

ISA Advertising (or ISA Publishing, ISA Media) is a company to avoid if you are a designer looking for contract or freelance work. I built them a website and they refused to pay the final 50% payment, making excuses and trying to put the blame on me. I was a former colleague of their media director and gave her a great price and worked above and beyond to create their new website isamediagroup.com. I'd suggest you stay away them. There are plenty of decent companies to work for. I've been designing for 20 years and this is the worst experience of my career so far.
