Amazing dress and quality.

Very fast shipping; wonderful online store for pregnancy clothes.

I have bought two dresses for my daughter who is pregnant. Both have been very successful, good generous size. Lovely material. Delivery was good on both occasions, dresses in tissue paper and carefully packed. Very pleased with this company both for their service and more improtantly because their ethics.

Buying the gift card was easy and transparent. The delivery was a day late and seemed to be "out of control' with many messages that it would arrive soon and then nothing and the next day another delivery time given. It did arrive and was greatly appreciated DHL just seemed not as efficient as I am sure everyone would have liked.

Got my dresses and they didn't fit correctly... unfortunately I didn't read the fine print and went on summer vacation. I just tried to return for a different item and there are no exceptions to their 21 day return policy. Too bad the customer service doesn't match their quality of material...

Lovely material and cut to all clothes. Sizes were spot on. Very happy with my purchases and will be back to buy more.

Colour not as first image which must be edited to look more red/pink which is a shame. Colour in the picture if just the dress is more accurate, so more toned down and the blue. Gorgeous dress otherwise and comfortable fabric so I have kept it even though its not the colour I was after

Ordered a dress for my pregnant daughter & had it sent straight to her address in Hertfordshire via EVRi but there was a problem with delivery & parcel declared “lost” - Isabella Oliver immediately arranged a replacement order & hopefully my daughter will receive her dress very soon.

Isabella Oliver is my go to brand for stylish, ethical and comfortable maternity wear. This dress doesn’t not disappoint and was perfect for the heatwave we had. The material is so soft and the print is stunning

Overall pleased with purchase, but the built in 'bra' is really so tight it actually hurts quite a bit whereas the rest of the dress fits correctly. The bra bit doesn't give any support but is really tight around very top of waist.

Clothes arrived went and smelling moldy.

While the box was dry, all the clothes arrived damp and smelly. After two-ish weeks of waiting it was incredibly disappointing.

I’ve had a round of subscription clothing, and I love it! I’m 30 weeks pregnant, and feel like it’s been ages since I was wearing things that looked and felt nice… feels like a bit of a return to normal humanity. Everything’s great quality, and a nice fit (with some room still to grow!). The only problem is going to be returning the clothes…!

I returned my dress by mail on May 30 2022. Today is July 14. I have not heard anything back from the company regarding my refund. I hope i get a response to my email inquiry soon!

Very happy that the sizing guide is accurate and consistent across the various items. First experience where I have nothing to return!

Good overall experience & nice quality clothing. However, refunds could be quicker. 14 working days is quoted which is almost up & I’m still waiting.

Ordering was straight forward and the delivery was quick with good communication. The parcel arrived beautifully presented.

Ordered a pre-loved top for my daughter as the stuff on the website looks lovely but we wanted to check the quality and fit before buying any more as it's not the cheapest.

Came quickly, in great condition, beautifully and sustainably wrapped. Fabric was very comfortable.

Only thing about preloved maternity clothes you should remember (which is obvious really) is that someone has probably worn it to the 9 month stage, so if it's stretchy then the waist might be a bit loose for earlier stage pregnancies!

We will definitely be ordering more.

For first order poor communication, infact no communication of my delayed delivery. I had to call them 3 times, where I wasn’t given any information on when I’d receive m order. For my second order I ordered a dress in advance of it being available, they stated I’d be charged on delivery in a months time but charged me immediately. Nice clothes, poor service.
