Shambles.....

I don't know what's happened to this company since they updated their app/website but it has gone to down the drain. Ordered items on Saturday 4th Feb for next day delivery and I am still waiting till this day (4 days late). They offered me a voucher for another next day delivery due to the 'delay' but there is no way in hell I will be ordering from them again! I actually bought the yearly next day delivery subscription and when I got to check out it didn't give me the option to choose it, until I got in contact with them that's when they informed me they don't offer that anymore, I mean....when were you going to let the customers know please?! On top of that my order history has been wiped out too...Terrible. It's a shambles...I still have no idea when I will be getting my tracking number for this order but I am NEVER ordering from ISAWITFIRST again...after I receive my stuff I am DELETING the app and my account.

Stay away

I have already submitted this review but recieved a reply asking me to email them. I have emailed them 25 times so what use will 26 me. Appalling service Went to use my yearly next day delivery and found it had been removed as an option.
Nobody contacted me to inform me of this.
I contacted them on 30th December where they offered me a £10 voucher- fine.
To this day I have sent a further 10 emails as I have not received my voucher to which I have received 10 emails back asking me to wait longer.
This was 30 days ago.
I have been waiting 30 days for a voucher and no one seems to care.
I keep getting told to wait longer
I even asked for a manager to respond to me to which didn’t happen .

Missguided customer support

This relates to Missguided customer support- very helpful and professional in assisting with sorting out the faulty delivery from a courier. Matter dealt with very promptly and excellent customer service

avoid shopping with them

I ordered items for next day delivery on the 30th January 2023 at around 8.30pm which I believe is after the cut of period for next day delivery. However I paid £9 for next day delivery and as it was after the cut of period my order should arrive for the 1st of February. It’s not the 1st of February my order is still being processed which means it won’t be out for delivery today although the items are urgent. I then contacted isawitfirst via Twitter as they never responded to my emails to ask for an update. They said they sent a discount code for next day delivery for me to use which they never did, they said the next day delivery fee which I paid is non refundable even though my order didn’t arrive the next day and they haven’t even yet dispatched my items which was the whole reason for this mess to begin with. So to my knowledge know I’ve just given them free money since they’ve decided to keep my items hostage. Honestly avoid shopping with them if you can.

Got sent the wrong order and was told…

Got sent the wrong order and was told to send it back show proof of return and they will refund me.
I returned it showed proof and they are still not refunding me and keep telling me to wait when it’s been over a week.
The customer service is terrible too.

Scammed

Used to love but now I won’t be buying anything from them again. Brought next day delivery for the year and they have removed the service and will not refund me the amount I paid for service. They did say they would give me a voucher but I would like my money back

Awful experience with this company

Awful experience with this company. Ordered a item on the 29th of December and I am yet to recieve delivery of this item. After contacting them to inform them of this I have been told for three weeks now that they are awaiting an update from Evri and they cannot refund me or send me another item. I have not been told I need to wait another 6 days taking me to the 24th of January (almost 4 weeks since my original order) for a update. Dreadful customer service, avoid this company.

Do not buy if needed soon payed next…

Do not buy if needed soon payed next day delivery no parcel still 4 days later there answer need to investigate before refund can see I don't have parcel as tracking stopped after 12 hours so out of pocket and no outfits.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTERCARE

Been a customer of I Saw it First for a number of years and have always purchased the premier delivery, so one year of next day for £9.99. I purchased this again in September and have just placed an order in January to find that they do not offer this service anymore. When did this stop? Took my money but never contacted me to say the service was no longer available! They have now confirmed this after I contacted them. They have offered me a £10 voucher to use on their site, which I do not want as I will have to pay to towards it and in addition postage costs. I have asked for a refund of my £9.99 or at least a partial refund as I have paid for a service that I have not received, they refused point blank. Surely, this is not how it works...if you remove a paid service then you should inform the customer and give them back their money! I will no longer be a customer as I don't like that they are willing to lose a customer who has spent a lot during the last 3 years over a £9.99 refund!!! Goodbye I Saw it First!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I also wish I could give I Saw It First a big fat ‘0’. I bought 4 jumpers/cardigan and had to pay £4.99 delivery. When they arrived the quality was horrendous!!! Now I’m going to have to spend another £4.99 to send them back. All 4 items are definitely not even worth the £9.98 total for delivery and return!!!! Very disappointed to say the least. I will NOT be purchasing anything from this company again!!!!

Tricking people out of money

I got charged £11.99 for next day delivery that I never selected and when I contacted I saw it first customer service they told me they couldn’t cancel my order. I then returned the item and they charged me £4.99 to do this so they’ve took £17 off of me that I’ll never get back!! They’ve sent me the same email twice about how they cannot cancel the order but they should be able to give me my £11.99 delivery money back that I never selected. I will never be purchasing from this company ever again and I’ve made sure to let my friends and family know of this scam as well, they will never order from here.

I won’t be ordering from here again

I won’t be ordering from here again. I ordered three skirts and they are all absolutely awful quality. One was also very see through, despite being black. I paid £4.99 delivery and £4.99 to return. Basically £10 spent for absolutely nothing. Learned my lesson! Never again.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I have been waiting on a parcel since 17th December 2022. It is now 14th January 2023 and no sign of my parcel. This was a dress for New Years Eve which I clearly don’t need anymore. I have not been provided with an answer or a refund. Absolute joke.

No compensation

Ordered a dress from here. Realised the colour didn't suit me so had to pay another £4.99 to return so basically £10 gone. Ordered the same dress in another colour (another £4.99 on delivery). No belt arrived with it. Several emails back and forth and finally got confirmation 6 days later that they will send me out the missing belt. I asked for the delivery to be refunded due to the inconvenience of not receiving the full item and time spent emailing/taking pictures etc. They declined this as "the missing part will be sent out to you". They did previously offer a full refund if I did not want the belt but why would I not want the full item I paid for. I think some compensation would of been reasonable. Will not be ordering from them again and will return to only using ASOS

My order has not had any scans for 5 days, I emailed 4 days ago and I have still not received a response the company, I need the order by Friday.
This has led me to go to PayPal to sort the issue to which the company has still not responded to.

Bought a blazer dress which was…

Bought a blazer dress which was advertised as double belted, as shown on the picture I expected it to arrive with a belt which it didn't. Paid 7.99 for 48 hour delivery and have had to pay 4.99 to return it. This website use to have free returns and I wouldn't pay that much for delivery again!

Please be aware

Terrible customer service and item looking different to what arrives. I ordered a stone colour gilet which arrived in a different shade. I paid £5 for the delivery. When I realised is the different colour I wanted to return it just to find out I have to pay another postage fee. I emailed customer service and they are saying that it is the same colour as the one on the website despite my word saying in life it looks different. Be aware. Terrible service, products looking different than on the website and also you have to pay postage there a back.
