uncommunicative bordering on stroppy, postage charges excessive, product not always great.

I tried several online printers for a couple of specially designed, bespoke vinyl stickers that I needed. No-one could or would do it. I asked IsayDingDong to make them and their communications were friendly and prompt. It wasn't an easy task but they took it on and did a fantastic job for not a lot of money.
I know where to go in the future.

I needed a custom job done, as I couldn’t find this badge available anywhere. Their response was very fast, and the job was completed immediately. I thought the price very reasonable and the product was accurate and of good quality. I would use this company again and recommend to others.

Used to be a signmaker for 13 years before a career change. Used this company 3 times recently. Started off well. They missed part of a file which happens but this was soon corrected which is how it should be. Placed another order specifying they should use the files as per the attachment. They used and sent different one. Attitude was very poor. Will go elsewhere now.

I wasn't going to go ahead with an order you quoted for, as you know, however as part of the previous order arrived missing I felt bad that you'd have to stump up the postage to correct the error. I therefore decided to place the new order and pay for carriage so you guys didn't have to. I did state very clearly on the new email 'please use the attached files'.
For the sake of 20p worth of vinyl, 30 seconds of cutting time and a 2nd class stamp you've lost a customer that could have put more business your way (I still get requests for signs even though I've been out of the business for 5 years).
I've always paid within 30 minutes of receiving an invoice and sent ready prepared files stating to save you time I'll layer them up so you guys didn't have to.
The review left I believe represents a fair reflection of the service received and Tony's poor attitude to customer service. Even 'demanding' why I'm not having the files printed instead of cut vinyl even though this what you've quoted on and I've paid for !

Needed a unique badge. Found the perfect place. Excellent quality and price besides the fast delivery.

Having discovered this company by accident during a Google search for car badges, I checked out their website.

I was looking for badges for a 1973 classic car I own. There were 2 options available, sensibly priced, which I purchased. I then found their 'Custom Job' option and sent over a photo of the badge required.

Communication via email with Pru made the process so easy. (Thank you Pru)

All items were sent via Royal Mail and arrived the day after. The badges were faultless and are a perfect match of the originals.

I won't hesitate to use them again.

Ordered some Gold stripe sticker set for a Moto Guzzi T3 Tonti frame on Thursday 15th February. Fast and humorous communication after purchase. Reasonably priced. Delivered today the 19th by Royal Mail.

Ordered some decals ( slight seconds etc ) to cover my bashed up toolbox,24hrs later they arrived in a nice strong tube, all present and correct. The instructions to apply the decals was done with a sense of humour and made me chuckle. Excellent service, definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the near future.
