Jaye and Stacey were excellent who went above and beyond. They made us feel at ease and they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The thought of a bathroom renovation was giving me sleepless nights. However Island Bathrooms in Bournemouth changed all that. From the moment I spoke with Tonia in the showroom, I knew I was in safe hands. Tonia guided me through the design recommending me the perfect products whilst working with my budgets and needs. Simon then took me though the next stages making sure that all was suitable and doable before handing me over to Justin and his team who then oversaw the whole project.
We are delighted with everything.

Excellent and responsive service to client needs. We needed to change our bathroom (only 2 years old, also purchased from Island) to meet an unforseen change in the mobility of a family member. Ashley was brilliant, his knowledge of products that would satisfy the changed requirements was excellent, and we quickly identified an appropriate solution. This time around we decided to use SGS (a recommended installer) to fit the new bathroom. This too was a wise decision and we are very happy with our new bathroom. I commend Island bathrooms to anyone, the service and responsiveness is excellent. I would also recommend using SGS, the combination of great products and excellent installation is outstanding value for money.

Ashley made simple of what at first seemed a daunting exercise of agreeing on a design and selection of kit among a host of possible alternatives. Great service with humour and efficiency!

We recently bought a bathroom from island bathroom in Bournemouth. We had the lovely Paul Sutton design our bathroom for us. With his amazing help and guidance we now have the bathroom we dreamt off. Paul was incredibly helpful and kind to us. He knew what a tight time scale we was on to get our bathroom done before we moved into our new property and he made it happen. So thank you Paul for everything. Would highly recommend!

We visited Island bathrooms Salisbury today armed with a shopping list from our bathroom fitter. The plan was just to have a look around, as it is 12 years since we last updated our facilities. We met Kirsty who could not have been more helpful. She was highly professional, very friendly and guided us to make our choices. We left having ordered a bathroom that we will be proud of. We have used Island in Salisbury twice in the last 12 months, firstly for our bathroom, and more recently for our shower room. Having been a bit apprehensive about using a bathroom company, and initially keen to source and order items ourselves - we ended up being very grateful to Island, and Ashley in particular, for their expertise, patience and excellent advice. It made our lives so much easier, and we are really happy with everything they did for us. Ashley also liaised direct with our fitter (the excellent Ken Beresford) which made things even easier. We purchased a bathroom sink and vanity unit from the Salisbury branch a couple of weeks ago and when we got home to fit it we realised the unit would not fit without extensive alterations.

Ashley at the Salisbury branch was totally sympathetic to our situation and kindly offered a credit note. We have gladly purchased another unit from the same branch and can’t wait for it to arrive.

We used Island Bathroom 9 years ago and found them so helpful that it was obvious to us that we would revisit their showroom now that we have moved home. The showroom is full of room settings and the staff very knowledgeable. On two visits Kirsty was able to spend a considerable amount of time with us going over in detail what we required and was very helpful in guiding us through the various options. We left very satisfied with what we had ordered. Thanks very much Kirsty.

Thank you so much Lorraine. I purchased a toilet from Island Bathrooms 7 years ago and needed to get a new flush. Lorraine, regardless of not being able to supply one herself, found all the information I needed to source it elsewhere. Now that's customer service that you don't see very often now so thank you!

Having checked around several bathroom showrooms we went back to place our order at Island Bathrooms because we were so impressed with not only their products but their staff too, who were polite and friendly.
Paul Sutton, senior designer there, was so knowledgeable and helped us out with our queries and made suggestions to accommodate what would work best. Paul kept in touch every step of the way, so we never had to second guess anything.
