The worse experience
The worse experience ever with a company that promise so much. Everything went well after we signed the offer they plan the renovation of the roof sooner than expected.This was in June of 2024. We are in April 2025 and I still have damages from them that are not fixed.Stupid of us because we paid the hole amount in the first place because they said this is how they work.After they took down the old tiles they coverd for the night the roof with a plastic folie...pfff the rain came and at 4 in the morning I woked my kids to help me move the bed because it was raining all over my bed, in my bathroom.Of course I started to call them but they only came at 8 am
It took them 7 months to come and replace the coupola in my garage that they broke when a worker dropped something heavy from the roof. My post office witch was build all from brick wall we needed to fix by ourselves because they didn't bother to contact the container company who destroy it when the driver left with the container.My fire insurance will cover after all this months for the post.I asked them to put down my cheminee s and when they did this they dropped the heavy bricks in to my living room ...a big hole in my plafond that is still not fixed...I still have a missing tile on the roof because the guys with the solar panels when they came to put them back accidentally they broke one and I didn't have any spare to give them to replace because the workers took everything what was left from the materials back. They don't bother to answer my phone anymore...why should they everything is paid . Worse experience ever , Maby because we are not Belgian people...I don't know.I learned to never pai anything in full in the first place there is no place for trust.
