I placed my order on 13 July, and Evri marked it as delivered, but I never received it. I requested a refund, and to make matters worse, ispeed says I have to wait up to 20 working days while Evri completes its investigation. What a complete waste of money and an incredibly frustrating experience.

Edit 9 August: the seller took the courier’s side, as expected and refused a refund - and the courier is Evri! Disgusting company and customer service, avoid!

Excellent service , great customer service I ordered the wrong item. Simple mistake but where more than helpful in helping me get the right product. And exchange was straightforward. Will definitely recommend to family and friends .

Fits easy and finish car off

I ordered the wrong size. Contacted them. They said send them back we’ll refund you. I sent them back how they said. Next thing I know they have been sent back to me! I’ve contacted them again & nothing no response at all.

The passenger side broke quality not good at all I ask them for replacement they ignored me

Would not bother. They've sent wrong item, emailed got initial response for pictures and product number.... Provided it all then you get zero response. Feels to me it's a company that's going under and they are just sending what ever they have and hoping for the best.

Bought t 4 for all windows on my mokka, i fitted them properly and checked they were fitted by a mechanic as well, few months down the line, both ones on rear windows have disappeared. No idea where or how but I'm presuming it was when i had all four windows down in the heat. An expense i could do without.

2023 Astra. Front wind deflectors are great. Rear ones do not fit. 2 Emails so far and no reply. I will not let it drop. Small claims it will be. Not bothered about the money it is now down to principle

Front ones fit great but the back ones a load of rubbish will not fit on the outside of my window not worth the money

I ordered a product on May 28th. I’m still waiting for the delivery on July 22nd. They replied to my first email about the issue on June 22nd but have totally ignored all other subsequent contacts.

UPDATE Aug 5th:

Four days after this review I was refunded for my purchase so at least there’s that. But no explanation, no email with an explanation as to why I didn’t receive the product, nothing.

I placed an order on June 24th, and after weeks of waiting with no updates, I had to contact them myself. Only then did they inform me that the package had failed customs clearance.

They asked if I wanted a reshipment or a refund. I replied immediately asking for a reshipment, but since then, they have completely ignored all my emails. I have sent multiple follow-ups over the past week asking for a tracking number, but they refuse to answer.

Quality product, fast dispatch for next day delivry.
