Slow Response, but Problem Resolved Quickly Once Addressed
I ordered a Star of David necklace and initially received no confirmation or updates for over a week and a half. Despite trying to contact the company multiple times via email, social media, and their website, I got no response until I left a negative review. However, once they replied, my issue was resolved promptly, and I received the necklace shortly afterward. While I appreciate the swift action once they addressed the problem, the lack of communication beforehand was very frustrating.

I always enjoy helping Israeli…
I always enjoy helping Israeli companies. This time I really am delighted to have my new beautiful golden vermeil L'Dodi ring. It's very well made and sturdy the package came in tact. This is a great company to work with. They care about #100% customer service. I've had some really nice compliments each time I wear it.

Very difficult to get refund …
Very difficult to get a refund if you didn't like the product. They are trying to make you to order something else or change your mind. You can't submit your return online , you have to email them only to receive a return label. Beware of that before ordering.
_----_----------------------------------
P.S. Order number 20130215. This matter has been solved for me, but painfully and took a lot of emailing back and forth before I received my return label. They also requested the photo of the pieces received, though they were not custom made. The return process/label should be available on the Web site and require no customer service contact (like on Amazon).
Thanks.

Hi,Alana,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the return process was frustrating for you, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We're glad to hear that the matter has been resolved.
Please note that the majority of our items are personalized, which is why we do not have an online return process like those for standard products. We ask for a photo of the items to ensure that they have not been misused and to verify if there is any other issue with the product before proceeding with the return.
We genuinely appreciate your understanding, and we’re constantly looking for ways to improve our processes.
Kind regards

Beautiful men's necklace
I ordered the Mini Statement Star of David Necklace for Men in 14K Solid Yellow Gold. I'm Jewish and I wanted to show pride in my ethnic heritage, especially in the wake of rising antisemitism. The gold necklace is beautiful and just the right size. It's not too big and not too small. I had a question before I ordered and the website responded within 24 hours. The shipping to Canada took one week. It arrived by FedEx in a nice box. The clasp is small but that means it doesn't stick out in the chain. And it looks uniform. I might have found cheaper options elsewhere. But I love the simple design of this necklace.

Absolutely AMAZING
I ordered and received the most beautiful Curved Star of David necklace in Sterling silver on a silver chain. The 16-inch length of the chain is absolutely perfect and the star is nice and solid and most importantly looks amazing. This is not my first purchase from this company and will not be my last. Shipping was quick and spot on...tracking number was provided and follow through regarding when it was shipped. Totally recommend this company for anything Jewish-related.

Order processed incorrectly.
Ordered a bead bracelet but the inscription was wrong when the email confirmation came through. I asked them to correct it before they processed the order. All was confirmed. Package arrived with no bracelet, just a single bead spelt incorrectly.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for the review.
I'm truly sorry for the human error here. We contacted you today via email with a solution. Normally, the bead can easily be attached to the bracelet, but since the inscription is incorrect, we'll remake the entire item. I’ll personally check that it’s perfect before shipping it out again.
Once again, our sincere apologies.
