As Israel resident

As Israel resident - this is an awful company.
Barely has support (takes 4 hours to answer at least in chat), ignores and mistreat customers, take weird fees on packages (35 ils for EMS packages for nothing for example), don't update on deliveries, losing and damaging packages, etc.

We Israelis hate this useless company. Try to avoid.
This experience is not a single case, this is going forever since this pathetic company exists.

Hold it for more than a mont and send it back

Sent a parcel to Israel. They hold it for more than a month inside Israel, send many messages asking information about this parcel, what's inside and it's price, many times same requests over and over again (different people did these request, may they at least communicate with each other??! It's even besides all the info was indicated in the attached documents!!!) Eventually after more than a month they said it is forbidden to sent fish to Israel (it was COOKIES !!! With dried shrimp!!!) Never again!!! What an incompetence

Slowest delivery known to man and yet they deliver to the wrong address always and when you try and talk with them their employee talk to you like your a bug who they think they are? Ur not working to NASA bud ur just a mail worker

total incomptence

on 1.07.2025 I sent a parcel from Ashdod to Russia, Simferopol which was then transferred to SIngapur (WHY), all the indexes were written correctly.
2) then it was of course returned back to country where it got lost for another month
3)I was then requested to take my parcel back and so i took it back to the post to send again normally!
4) After receiving the parcel for 2nd time the worker told me to pay another time for their mistake or send it like that. AS i see no reason why i should pay twice for this excuse for an organization I chose 2nd option.
5)I specifically called the israel post to ask them to deliver the parcel to the right adress and my request was delivered only so that these fools send it back to me.

Worst ever

Worst ever. Nothing gets delivered on time. I constantly have to call and figure why “failed attempt to deliver” this time

Today they said I wasn’t home 2 times, although I was home sick, and now I have to grab my stuff from postal unit. It works weird few hours a day that I work at as well. I payed for home delivery.
I am asking: how do u know I wasn’t home? No one called me. She’s says they knocked the door. It is insane , they just don’t wanna do their job

Fails in core bussiness

As in my own experience, the ones here and other experiences online this company clearly fails in its core bussiness: Delivering packages.

My package is now stuck for over 50 days after is was brought to the post office. Even the seller gets ignored when trying to contact the company.

The company website also seems to be blocked from outside of israel and can only be view through vpn services.

Parcel tracking was virtually non existent

My parcel tracking started after Israel Post received the item 14/2/23 with “item waiting international departure Tel Aviv 22/2/23” culminating with “parcel delivered Australia 14/4/23”. There were no updates between 22/2 & 13/4 which can only be described as pathetic service. I will be very reluctant to buy anything being posted out of Israel in the future which is not good for their businesses who should be able to rely on an efficient service. Sadly Israel does not have a reliable postal service.

In need of an upgrade

I would rate 0 but their team was consistently rude. They would provide zero feedback and said we must just wait for the item to be delivered overseas. When an older relative asked questions in the post office they said "we ask the question". Terribly in need of some customer service and a refresh of their basic operations.

We have been buying from this company with good service, for many years.

We have been buying from this company for years. Always their goods were delivered in Australia between 14 to 21 days later. Tracking was not bad. However lately it has become ridiculous. For example, the shop quickly dispatches the order. Then a few days later Israel post acknowledges receipt. Then a few days later the message is that it is despatched to Australia. That was January 16. Today, February 21 and I am still waiting!! No further tracking messages. Nothing! Is this now considered normal? Someone needs to do something about the service, surely! I am deeply disappointed!

Horrible service

Horrible service! I wish I could put 0! I was waiting for my passport from Misrad Apnim, and they said no one was home at the delivery time. Furthermore, I didn`t get any phone call from a delivery man. They just don`t care about people at all.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. The tracking says the left messages to pick up the package but no message is ever left at the address. They also deliver mail that is clearly for another street and put it back in my mailbox even after the address is underlined with marker to call attention to the mistake. Total incompetence.

Awful service

Awful service, losing packages, and never taking responsibility for that. If you are a seller please don't ship it with them, As an Israeli citizen, I will always prefer a seller which does not work with Israel post. I hope the Israel Post will get into a bank robe.

Terrible

I sent four packages to a friend in Israel, three of them contained one bottle of alcohol. Two packages arrived with bottle smashed. One never arrived. Only one, the one without alcohol, arrived unbroken but very late.
Terrible.
