Clean UI, smooth experience

iStripper produces an amazing product and all the models featured are wonderful and deserve respect and admiration for doing something most people are too afraid to do.

Generally, I like it, but the events consume too many credits while being extremely difficult to get even one Joker card. I'd like to collect my favorite stars' special cards, but it's simply too difficult to obtain Joker cards. Meanwhile, it would be better if the probabilities were more transparent. On the other hand, the stability of the app is not as optimized as it used to be, especially while participating in the events. The screen sometimes froze and showed a message like "no response, no credits were deducted." However, my credits were gone when I checked. It happened two times. I really want to give you a five-star rating, but all those issues I have been facing should definitely be fixed or improved.

It's a nice app, but glitching sometimes. Hope will see some improvements in the future.

Not sure why I'm receiving this, I've been a member since 2013. The shows and strippers that have been hired have only grown in quality. However, I do not bet, and this app is heavily weighed in betting. Three cards and get another; spin this to get that; no possibility of getting the special 'event' cards without betting; upgrade to premium; buy credits and get event coins or some such.
If I'm buying credits, I want extra credits, not credit for something I'm not using.
Possibily this is the reason I was given this survey. I rarely use the Event panel for anything, because nothing is of interest to me but I will take something that is 'free.'

Been a customer since Virtuagirl I think that was the original name. The model was about 2 inches tall. Then they upgraded the size to about 5 inches high. Etc etc etc. So been a fan/customer for a long long time.

The app is mostly good in quality but there are some issues in particular with updates where sometimes cards that are in my library are inaccessible. There's also the mobile app which is locked behind the premium membership and doesn't provide the user with all the cards in their library. I can't even access my favorites like Anna Tatu or Katya Clover in the mobile app, why?? Then you force the customer to repurchase their cards in the mobile app which is anti-consumer and predatory as hell. The mobile app is a disaster if I'm being honest and you guys need to take it back to the drawing board and redo it because the entire business strategy behind it doesn't respect long term costumers. I also believe it should be an option to allow customers to access their cards on the istripper website. I think that will allow customers who don't want the software installed on their computer to still have access through the website, just a thought.
