i'm very happy I picked Italian Boutique over the zillion of options online and in stores. I try to stay away from shopping online at least that I really know the product, brand and i'm sure about size and fit. I gave this Italian Co. my trust and they really exceded any expectations. I sell designer shoes and at this level is very hard to find anything for a relative low price that really satisfies my taste but I must say that these people do an amazing job! Their sandals are perfectly made, they use amazing leather, and the finish of the sandals is just perfect. You can tell they are handmade and they are really beautiful. Exactly what I needed for my summer. Delivery was incredibly fast considering they were coming from Italy. It took about 3 days!!! I was so amazed and happy!!! I'm loving them and recommend the sandals to anyone who has good taste and wants to pay what is fair.

Nice sandals, but broke pretty fast. They promissed to pay for the repair. I wasn't wearing them in winter and did the repair in spring. Then They wouldnt want to pay the 15€ repair, where I could easisly could have sent them back. Very poor service!

I have found all communication to be polite, accommodating and very prompt. It is very difficult to purchase an item such as shoes internationally solely based on computer images, because of the inherent variables of sizing, fit, etc. but the company has a very good website and tries to give as much information as possible to the buyer. They do offer a good return policy but since I reside in the US, it is not very practical. I have ordered from them twice thus far.

I love the sandals I bought. They're not the most comfortable, but they are the most stylish pair I've ever owned. And I've owned a lot of 'em. That said, there were some problems:

First, sizing. I ordered half a size down (9 US) than what I usually wear (9.5 US) and they were still way too big! I had to buy a second pair in (8 US) to get ones that fit me right. The 8's fit perfectly.

Second, the website. It took me three or four attempts to finally succeed using their checkout system. It's really horrible! If you try to check out with PayPal, you will be able to see order information from hundreds of customers before you, all over the world. Their names, addresses, and orders. The security is a huge problem, and the ordering system itself is very buggy and hard to use. There are a ton of unnecessary and confusing steps in the process. I'm very computer literate and it took me quite some time to place an order, and I had to come back after several failed attempts until it finally went through.

These are like the sandals I used to buy as a teen, all leather, handcrafted and durable. They quickly become fitted to you and I reach for them time and again when I need a comfortable easy on and off shoe. And the price was very good, considering they come all the way from Italy!

Received my gladiator sandals this morning and I am thrilled with them! They are beautifully made! Gorgeous dark, brown leather straps and footbed, as well as the soles. The ankle ties are very long, so you can wrap them a number of different ways. I can't believe these were under $100, as they look like a $250 pair of sandals. Can't wait to wear them!

I ordered these gorgeous hand-made white leather sandals. I will be wearing them on my wedding day and I needed them to be perfect - well...THEY ARE! They have been made to the highest quality and are incredibly comfortable.

The sandals arrived very quickly (considering that they were being sent from Italy to the UK). They were sent by courier - impressive.
I then received a personal email from the shop owner which I was very impressed with.
Great service and a great product!
