Huge selection. Reasonable prices. Easy to navigate their website. Purchased numerous items and never disappointed in their products

Everything was easy. My only issue is that I was not made aware of the 15% off my first order, and this was my first order. I have contacted them and am awaiting a response.

It was easy finding what I was looking for and the purchasing process was easy. The price was excellent and the jewelry was really nice looking.

My first order has been good so far. I did pay for Express shipping and the order was delivered later than expected but Italo credited me back the $25 without any issues. I do have a return to complete so I hope that goes smoothly. So far, I would continue doing business with them.

Shipping to me is slow.

And return process is complicated and takes longer than it should.

Excellent personal experience

Every product i have ordered has been excellent. The quality is excellent and all the pieces I have ordered have been wonderful.

I finally received my ring and was excited to see the ring. However there were three stones missing I was honest about already removing the size tag before I discovered the missing stones. I reached out but again no response. I contacted my jeweler and explained he told me to bring it in he would reset the stones and see if he could match the stones to replace the third. Once I see if it can be repaired and the cost I will let you know. Just wanted to update this review. I took the ring to see if my jeweler could reset the stones it was going to cost me more than I paid for the ring. I decided not to go through with it and I had to trash the ring. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU ARE STUCK.

So easy so many options

I love the sizing options, 1/4 sizing isn’t common. Love the unique cuts, I get compliments on a regular basis on my rings. The best part is they’ve made it affordable for me to have a collection of engagement rings that I can switch yellow or white gold and have colors to match outfits. Multiple orders in history.

What went wrong is that I purchased 2 flex bracelets and they were too small for my wrist. I reordered another bracelet that is a larger size. I emailed to get a return label and explained the situation and “ Daisy “ responded with an email stating to prove that the measurements were off and then she’ll let me know how she’s going to handle it.

I am extremley disappointed and wished never bought anything from them. it's very clear that they photo shop their jewelry and when you receive the actual piece the color of the stone is different. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER AND SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER.

This is the second time that I have purchased from you. The first tennis chain I bought had white and emerald stones.I just bought the one with red and white stones because I have an American Flag rhinestone pendant that will go with the tennis chain. And I will buy the white and blue sapphire one later. These tennis chains are made well and the silver doesn’t change color.
