I had a very unpleasant experience speaking with one of their representatives on the phone. I called to inquire about the price of a dining chair I was interested in. Right from the start, the representative asked me how many chairs I intended to purchase, as there is a minimum order requirement. Then, when I mentioned that I was looking to spend around $500 to $600 per chair, he interrupted me to say that my budget was "way below the price point for the chair." He delivered this message in a condescending and snobbish manner, making it clear that they are a high-end dealer of Italian furniture and suggesting that my budget was inadequate for shopping at Italydesign. Frustrated by his patronizing attitude, I called him a condescending prick and hung up.
