We contacted Gio and team to bring Pugliese dishes to us at our holiday villa. We learned how to make traditional pasta dishes from scratch, both vegetarian ( important for some of us) and meat. Each course was paired with a different wine. Giovanni also bought a selection of local cheeses for us to try. There were lots of laughs and memories made. We found out that the team can also teach us to cook pizza from scratch in the pizza oven here, so we are looking forward to a second fun event with Green Italy Experiences.

Giovani’s personal attention and the relaxed and sociable nature of his tours and cooking school set them apart from the bus loads and hordes of people.

Green Italy Experiences organized our company's gala dinner before Christmas. Apart from amazing food, they organized creative lighting, slideshow projections and confetti cannons to shower awards winners. Their quality event production and cutting edge equipment is guaranteed to wow your guests, making your gala night an occasion to remember

It was an amazing experience. Everyone is so friendly and we build up friendship for life. It was also kids friendly and my 7 years old and 10 years old loved learing how to make pasta from scratch.
The atmosphere was great, the chefs were teaching us in fun interactive way, people were chatting, laughing and the food is so fresh and tasty. They are so generous and the wine was superb.
All in all, We loved it and will definitely do it again if we come to Pulgia, it was worth every penny and more.

We were extremely lucky to find out about this social cooking lesson activity through Green Italy Experiences. We'd already been having a wonderful time in Puglia, and this experience came as the cherry on the top.
Evey thing about this came together perfectly: the organisers/chefs are incredibly friendly, the dishes we learned struck tge right balance between simple and sophisticated ones, the number of guests was neither too many so tgat it feels impersonal nor too little so ir feels awkward, everything tasted great at the end, and I could not believe how generous the portions and the variety of food was!
Will certainly do it again every time I visit Puglia 😊

Giovanni and his team at Green Italy Experiences were experts in organising our trip around Puglia. Me and my partner were keen to learn about the history of the region, but being wine fanatics also to taste some local wines and try some good parings with local food. Giovanni organised us lots of top-quality wine tastings, an amazing cooking class and made all the travel and sight-seeing in between run smoothly. He was also great fun, so fluent in English (he has lived in America for some time) and really informative! An unforgettable experience in Puglia.
