I purchased the Procart Bluetooth USB…
I purchased the Procart Bluetooth USB 80mm Thermal Printer (#739223) from IT Galaxy. The product does not match the description. It does not work on Windows 11 and cannot connect to a phone via Bluetooth, although it is advertised as compatible with Windows/Android/iOS.
I contacted their call center, was told to email, and received the reply that they “don’t know how to help.” When I requested a return or exchange, I was mocked on the phone with “hello hello hello” interruptions, and informed that companies are not entitled to returns, even if the product is faulty. After that, my emails were ignored, except for receiving a link to leave a review.
Very unprofessional attitude, no real technical support, and misleading product information. I do not recommend buying from them.

I am satisfied overall
I am satisfied overall. However, the delivery did not take 10 business days, but around 12–13 days. Even though I selected the option that phone confirmation was not necessary for the product, I was still called. That said, everything went smoothly. The product I ordered is flawless. All in all, the delivery took longer than 10 business days, but at least the prices are good

Initially they said my order would arrive in 10 days , it's been almost a month and a week ago they told me it would arrive now , nothing has came yet. Bad customer service and even worse site .
