I purchased from ITM about 4 years ago

I purchased from ITM about 4 years ago. Their process was easy and straightforward. What I really appreciated was the education that Donna provided, and the followup a few months ago. She also helped me understand how the spread works and that it's a one time "fee". At the time I was looking at a few other dealers and what I didn't like about the others was their "spread" was either higher, variable based on the market, or not mentioned at all. I just reviewed my portfolio and even though my coins haven't gone up a whole lot since I purchased, I'm in the positive. Like Eric has said in their videos, this is my insurance policy against my paper investments.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We are thrilled to hear that Donna was able to provide you with the education and follow-up support you needed to feel confident in your decision. Transparency is something we take great pride in, and we are glad that came through in your experience with us. We look forward to continuing to serve you for years to come!

Buy HIGH and sell LOW is a sure way to lose money.

Want to lose money TWICE? Buy from ITM. YOU buy at RETAIL from them. When you SELL, they buy it back at WHOLESALE. You lose 28% of the value, while they make 28% on the transaction. I regret my spouse ever dealing with this bunch of shady operators. What I posted is 100% true. It's in their terms and agreement. They get you when you buy from them and again when you sell to them. Of course I'm using a nom de plume to post this. Cry more ITM.
EXAMPLE: You spend $100K on coins. Your ACTUAL received value is $72K. "Spread".
Your coins double in value. You sell $100K back to them. You get $72K. "Double Spread". You think you made money but you LOST $56K somewhere along the way.

From their TOS:

COIN PRICING: There is a price differential, or “spread,” between the price at which we sell a particular coin (ITM’s “ask” price) and the price at which we will offer to repurchase the same coin (ITM’s “bid” price). In order to realize a profit on the sale of your coins to ITM or any other person, the value of your coins must have appreciated sufficiently to overcome the difference between the price you paid for your coins and the bid price at which you can sell your coins.

Hi Molly, there is nobody in our system with your last name and this review is not accurate. For anyone reading, we do not use Trust Pilot, we use Shopper Approved to verify clients and have received over 1,000 five-star reviews there. There is an additional 500+ five-star reviews on Google from verified clients as well.
We take transparency and client education very seriously and encourage any verified client with questions or concerns to contact us directly so we can review their account and provide accurate information regarding holdings, spreads, and market conditions.
Thank you.

Did Not Return Request For Information

Did not return email request for courrier and methods that they use for delivery. It was disappointing given the quality of their informational videos and interviews of economists.
