just received my refurbished Apple iPad air that i purchased from Wowcher the delivery time was excellent 3 days from ordering to delivery iPad is in excellent condition will use again and definitely recommend

Got my Mac a few months ago, the battery was dying, sent it to get replaced, had to pay £50 foe insured delivery to then be told I had to pay for the battery. I then eventually get it back not in the safe macbook box I sent it in but just a bashed box. The Mac OS now scratched and came back with the wrong charger. So I spent a lot of money to now not be able to use it.

We bought a Apple IMac A1224 recently and are glad with a purchase. Everything works smoothly. All items delivered were as promised in a description.

Well what can I say I have always purchased a computer from a shop so buying one online was the first for me so if any one wants to buy from this company I would seriously recommend them from placing the order to recieveing it was first class all correspondence was first class I look forward to dealing with them in the future and I will recommend them highly

I bought a MacBook Pro 15inch 8GB from IT Trade Services directly after seeing that they were selling via Wowcher. I chose to deal with them directly for my own peace of mind. From transaction to delivery of the device, the customer service team were communicative and clear. The device was exactly as described and I would highly recommend them to friends and colleagues for quality and price point.

I purchased iMac from ittrade through Wowcher a few years ago . After I purchased I found out it doesn’t have Bluetooth and that I have to search as it doesn't load apps but that’s OK I’m not interested in it for bluetooth and I get the same quality through a search as I do in apps. To my surprise Apple give me support on it. It’s a fabulous product for what I paid then. I think it was £399. I’m now looking to find out what type of speakers will go with it as it’s a 2009 product. I can’t fault this product and if it has to let me down today I’ve had my moneys worth. It came with a 1 year guarantee. Well done for people like myself who can’t afford the money on new products every time a new version comes out.

I have purchased this imac a few months ago. Ive just finally set it up, and tried to install apps. To my surprise i was unable to download anything, i even tried the free software. But it wont install on "clean os"? I tried to reinstall normal mac el capitan software, but it wont give me option at start up (command + R) does not work atall. ???

Just received my iPad Air 2 for my daughter. It is in excellent condition and they even upgraded it to 32mb. Super service thanks

Terrible company to go through, sold me a faulty laptop then I had to pay £100 to fix it???? Emails are slow & trying to get your goods back is a completely other matter! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Refurbed iPad 4. Arrived promptly, a little cosmetic damage on the back, but perfectly acceptable. Plugged it in, surprised to know it had nearly a full charge already. Very pleased with my purchase.

I bought a refurbished ipad4 for my son for Christmas.Arrived on time well packaged so not damaged.
The iPad itself was in perfect condition and scratch free looked unused to me!.
Cannot fault it and works fine.
Also got free upgrade as well which was not expected.

I purchased a refurbished apple i mac desktop from amazon a few days ago. The delivery was very fast and item well packaged. Set it up last night and its like a brand new computer. So far so good. I would definatly recommend this company to anyone based on my experience so far

Wanted to order an item but website showed out of stock. Rang a very helpful man who sourced the same item from a different supplier, for my trouble, he reduced the price and the item turned up next day, fantastic!
