Who else has been charged by Apple for non existent subscriptions
Who else has been charged by Apple for products they did not subscribe to? They have charged me more than 2000 Euros over 3 months for products I did not subscribe to and they don not refund me. They have promised to send me the money back within 30 days and I still do not have the money after more than 5 weeks. I have contacted them several times and every time I end up with another employee, I have to explain the whole thing again and then nothing happens. I have seen that lots of clients have the same issue and I am wondering if that might be a scheme of them... Over the whole planet they make a fortune with that and it is extremely difficult to get the money back. I am about to get my lawyer involved and post it on social media to create and awareness for this problem. Anybody else who is in this situation?

Duolingo language app not working with IOS 16. I have used Apple equipment for many's a year and so do my family and have been very satisfied with the company up till recently. I use Duolingo app daily to learn Spanish purchased about 6 months ago. When apple upgraded to IOS16 a important part of the app stopped working This was to do with speech recognition. I initially took my complaint to Duolingo the 3rd party provider who finally after 14 emails admitted there was a fault with it running under IOS 16 ! They suggested I apply for a refund from Apple . Apple after many communications admitted that there was a fault but could not refund me because they do not refund an app after 60days use! This is a totally unacceptable situation as it means the consumer has no right to any compensation for a faulty product over this very short period of time. Apple are the ones holding the purse strings here and filling their pockets by allowing faulty products to be sold on their App Store ( currently there is no warning on the store telling people about this known fault with Duolingo) I would have accepted a partial refund for the remaining time left on the app which would be fair. However I feel strongly that European consumer protection should extend to 1 year as is already in place with their hardware. Needless to say this sour taste in my mouth will reflect when I don't purchase any more Apple products in the future .... Apple you need to look to serving your customers better

Itunes is worst program i used in my life , never ever buying new iphone in my life , iphone got in restore mode and i need to restore it with itunes , when i try to do this program says itunes needs to be updated to latest version , but when i try to update, it says its already latest version of itunes.. worst experience ..

Totally unable to get though to a customer support person. Too focussed on not having to spend money on employing staff to deal with customer queries. SO (!!!) frustrating to use when you have a general query that doesn't fit within the 'check box' designated options.

iTunes is honestly the worst platform I have ever used. Almost unusable. It's taken me 2 hours to download some music because of the hoops you have to jump through to get anywhere. First it wouldn't let me update my security questions and therefore it would block me from downloading anything. Then after I downloaded some songs (why do you have to order every song individually if not part of an album?!) it failed the payment card. Then stopped me from being able to update it. And then I couldnt remove it. Eventually managed to get the card details sorted out and so far I have been at this for almost 2 hours and downloaded about 5 songs... I am genuinely shocked at how terrible and unstable iTunes is considering apple pretty much rule the world. Oh and now it's blocked my card completely....fantastic.

most unstable official software ever, itunes cannot work with any iphone, even from official website from the first page when downloaded latest version it will still ask you to upgrade it after installation. Issues with iphone x in 2022, latest software says incompatible phone. Reinstallation cannot fix itself, unable to stop required processes in the OS for rebuild of own database. Not worth money, I have stopped wasting money on Iphones, no more.

Apple Care-Support is exactly that. They are very supportive in solving any issues with your Apple products, i.e. Macbook Air, iPhone 12, and my Apple watch. Every time I call them they are consistently kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They should receive more positive accolades for the excellent work they do!

The app needs to be updated every time you turn your computer on and for what? Nothing visible. They make you agree to the most non sensical user agreement and if your on PC the apps don't or rarely work.

Then I end up repurchasing and don’t say that’s not possible because there are numerous versions of the same song and if you don’t remember which album you initially purchased from, you buy the same song twice. Apple charges outrageous prices for their products and still, it’s not enough. On top of overpricing products for customers, they are thieves!
