While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Absolute Con Man, A Ripoff, Liar, Unprofessional and Aggressive.

Complete RIPOFF, Dishonest, a Liar, unprofessional, aggressive towards myself and DID NOT do the work IVALET Professional Car Detailing was paid to do. In some areas of the car, the car actually came back worse than before I gave it to IVALET Professional Car Detailing and I have photographic evidence to back up my claim. I wasted $745.00, I was a customer, I am not anymore.

The Owner Manager, Mr Tristan Shennan, claims (after the work was supposed to be completed) and I quote "the vehicle requires copius amounts of repairs to be repaired before the appropriate procedures are carried out due to accidents caused by yourself" unquote.
The quote is taken from a Facebook review that I have left (open to the public) on IVALET'S Professional Car Detailing Facebook page, it is an exert of his comment in response to my review I have left.

I agree the roof of the vehicle needed attention, which was spoken about with Mr Tristan Shennan upon quoting to do the job, there is a small compression fracture under the front left headlight about 10 inches long and there is a small dent next to the rear drivers side tail light.....all that I have stated was how I bought the vehicle.....none was done by myself.
Other than what I have just stated the vehicles body is in excellent shape.

I have independent witnesses who will swear and sign an affidavit as to what I have stated here that the work wasn't complete, I have independent photographic evidence from a photographer who will also swear and sign an affidavit as to what photographs were taken immediately upon my return home from picking the vehicle up from IVALET Professional Car Detailing and I have all original transcripts of all correspondence between IVALET Professional Car Detailing and myself.....which includes, phone records and phone messages, Facebook Messenger transcripts and emails.

I am willing to share (upon request) any and all of what I have stated above.

It took 6 written requests and one verbal request just to get a receipt for the work that was supposed to have been done and I finally received that receipt nine (9) days later.
