Scarsa attenzione al cliente

Buongiorno,
Ho chiesto sia via mai che si Wathsapp quando sarebbe stato spedito il bracciale ordinato ( in occasione della festa della mamma) nessuna risposta, ignorato letteralmente.
In data odierna( 06/05/2026) ricevo mail che l’ordine è stato spedito, nel contempo monitorando la spedizione ,GLS mi comunica che non può procedere alla consegna per mancanza di dati.
Ho inviato mail al venditore con screenshot di GLS, chiedendo di comunicare al corriere i dati corretti affinché possa procedere alla consegna o in alternativa mettermi nella condizione di poter ritare il pacco presso la sede GLS.
Ad ora nessuna risposta.
Non mi sembra un comportamento corretto nei confronti di un acquirente.

I bracciali sono di ottima qualità e molto belli,il rapporto qualità prezzo e ottimo, il servizio è ottimo anche. Attenzionare la misura del polso che viene consigliata con un'aggiunta di due taglie, meglio aggiungerne tre. Soddisfatto
