Purchased quartz worktop from them and there is 1/8 inch difference on the cutout for the sink. I feel like I'm being gaslit when I reported the issue and they don't care and are looking for the easiest/quickest solution. I am so disappointed because we purposely used a local company over one like Gemini because we thought the customer service would be better but I was clearly wrong about that. Looks beautiful otherwise but I am not happy with what we got or how we have been treated especially considering the cost of the product.

From my first enquiry with Ivett & Reed to the end result of an extra Inscription added to my Parent's Memorial Plaque, I cannot fault this Company.
I was dealt with in a highly professional manner.
I was kept up-to-date during the whole process, including the exact date when the re-fixing of the Memorial Plaque would take place.
Photographic evidence was forwarded to confirm this procedure.
Although, it caused great sadness to view the extra Inscription in place, I cannot fault the Workmanship undertaken by the Team at Ivett & Reed with all their dealings of my Parent's Memorial Plaque.
I also feel that their Fees are highly competitive too.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

I was happy with this company from first interaction to final installation. All employees were helpful and treated their customers with respect and as an individual. They kept me informed of key dates, told me who was to attend and discussed my project at length. The result is an outstanding product with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend.

Ivett and Reed have proved to be a very helpful company who have old fashioned conscientious values.
