Not good. Bought a Freeview recording set top box which won't record and there are no instructions to play back either. I contacted the company - no response. If I was you, don't bother buying this brand.

Do not beleive any of the good reveiws you read about this company, they have obviously constructed false ones.Their return policies are designed to trap the customer, read them. They expect you to inspect the goods are in working order in front of the delivery person and their customer services are the worst I have ever experienced. The emails they send you back are all automated responses. The instruction manual I received looked like it had been written by an incompetent child and the software that came with the product has hidden itself on my laptop and created a new user. If there is anything wrong with the items you receive, and there will be, you will not get your money back.

Shocking company! Paid for next day delivery it arrived 2 days later and in that time i had unfortunate family problems. The parcel was last thing on my mind. 1 month later or 3 working weeks i opened the parcel to find 2 cameras missing! it does say parcels should be inspected within 5 of delivery (which was late!!!) but at the time i had more important things to deal with plus when you place an order you do assume everything will be there. It even says on the website if items are missing they will follow on in the post as soon as possible. So even if i opened it on time according to them i should wait for remaining items to be arrive... Wait Anymore than 5 days and they wont send you anything! 3 e-mails sent explaining my situation. 2 replies saying they wont do anything 3rd not even answered! AVOID!!!

from first speaking to iview cameras advice was spot on, delivered on time in perfect order and finally remote setup was professonaly delivered later when i had to contact customer servives my query was answered right away nothing but resect for this company

I ordered this on Tuesday morning and received it on Wednesday morning. The quality of the equipment is also outstanding at any price never mind the bargain price I got it for. I have never had any contact with this company until now and am one very satisfied customer.

IVeiwCamera claim that they have no responsibility fore faulty cameras they have sold to customers outside UK.
If you dont live in UK - dont deal deal with them as you have no rigths!

Having experienced quite a few cameras with false specs. it was nice to deal with Iviewcameras.

Ordered a Geovision GV-BX120D 1.3M H.264 Low Lux D/N Box IP Camera. It was delivered at agreed.

And it is one of the best passive night cameras I have had, -only surpassed by much more expensive thermal cameras.
