Buyer beware- do not use code or purchase

I ordered a dress and was sent a welcome code for 10% off- it saved me $3.60, but ended up costing $32 in the end. Company does not return or exchange if you use their discount code. POOR customer service- will never buy from again and will advise others not to as well.

No longer a fan - product not the same

I have been an Ivory Ella customer for several years who previously raved about the quality. Well that has changed! The shirts I received for Christmas are of the poorest cotton material and the woman’s large could fit a men’s 2XL. The tag has some name I never heard of. The fact that you can’t exchange the size is ridiculous. Not sure where their product comes from now, but they have lost one of their very best customers now. And I’m spreading the word.

BUYER BEWARE - CHEAP PRODUCTS AND NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

I am really disappointed with the quality and sizing of the sweatshirt I recently purchased. I have several Ivory Ella sweatshirts and love how soft, roomy and high quality they are. This one does not even come close to my expectations. It is MUCH smaller (looks like a size small compared to my other two large sweatshirts), thinner and the hood strings are very low quality and cheap looking. When my daughter looked at the tag to see what company they're now using (Gildan) she called it "basic." I'm not sure why they decided to change from the high quality product they used to use, but I won't be buying in the future. I don't expect to pay the same price for a much cheaper made product. When I inquired about returning the item, I was told all sales are final! I am a long time customer and I can't believe that this is now their policy with no exceptions. I don't know what happened to what used to be a great brand/company but I am more than disappointed! I just checked the website to see if I missed something on their home page. This seems to be a VERY important thing to let customers know up front, not when they are dissatisfied with a purchase. I was surprised to see nothing about the return policy unless I searched under FAQ's which I would have no reason to do. This is a VERY dishonest way to do business and now I am stuck with a cheap looking sweatshirt that I will never wear and that took forever to arrive...and I am out $62.30. I wrote to express my dissatisfaction with their new policy and customer service and no surprise, my email was ignored. I honestly cannot believe this is the same company!

Ordered a shirt for Fourth of July and…

Ordered a shirt for Fourth of July and then when I ordered it I took nine days for them to even respond to me on the ninth and the company said oh your item was going to be sent out today. Funny. Horrible company. Would not recommend. Scam artists. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Spend money elsewhere.

What a rip off.

Be aware that this company is prepared to rip you off with their weasel words. The website is not explicit that if you are outside the USA, you will pay a hefty customs and excise charge plus Post Office handling charges. In my case over £14 on top of the shipping charges already paid to the company for sending me one T-shirt. They have refused to reimburse the costs or give me contact details for their Chief Executive so I can complain in the strongest terms. I hate being ripped off.

As an aside, their emails are inappropriate and insulting and ignore the fact that you are an upset customer. Phrases such as 'Have a wonderful day!" and 'Thank you for supporting us, let us know any concerns!'. What a wind up.
