Just received my denim look dress and it’s awful. Really poor quality with cheap material but as it doesn’t have any labels so can’t say what the material is. Cheap nasty buttons & very poor finish. So fed up with these rip offs

Ivyekongfashion offers stylish and unique pieces with reasonable pricing, but my experience has been mixed. While some items are beautiful and well-made, issues like long return processes and inconsistent quality are frustrating. Communication and tracking updates could be improved too. Overall, the brand has potential but needs work to ensure a smoother customer experience.

My experience with Ivy Ekong fashion was awesome. I ordered some earrings and they are absolutely beautiful. Very happy customer.

Quality materials and customer service is always top of the game.

This is the second time I have received an item that is of poor quality. I gave another chance and reordered and again I am unsatisfied. The return process is long winded and I am still awaiting a response to the incorrect accusation as to why the return was rejected. I have spent approx £300 and don’t need to wear items and return them how rude!!! Just an excuse not to return my money. Never ever again!!!
The reason I reordered was because I trusted your response that it was a one off!!! I did not wear the item I tried it in. I reached out to say it had loose stitching hence the return so obviously you would receive it with the damage I complained about. You are piers and I would suggest others don’t order from you as to make a return you have to jump through a number of hops. I received a refund only because I put a claim in against the purchase. I can afford to buy clothes so don’t need to wear and return .. how rude!!don’t be fooled items coming from China not Leatherhead……have a look at the returns process before purchasing from them also.

I got the two piece Marrakech suit and it is BEAUTIFUL! The packaging was lovely too but I ripped it off straight away to wear my gorgeous outfit. Excellent quality will definitely be ordering again!

The quality of the dress I received is amazing. I love the fact that the products are described honestly, look the same as advertised and are really comfortable. It’s so good how you can adjust the dress so it fits perfectly. The owner of the brand is friendly and communicates well.

Words can’t describe how beautiful the headband is! The quality is top notch, very shiny :) it makes my outfits look unique and luxurious. I definitely recommend buying!
