We have had the exact same experience as the review below. They are a scam company and never had any intention of providing a cleaning service.

I had the very unfortunate experience of using their services in my properties in Oxford.
I even let them hire some of the cleaners I know from previous networks. They failed to pay the cleaners and we have had to stop working with them because they charged us in bulk before the cleans and failed to pay the cleaners.
There is no one to contact, and their website is non-responsive, I even tried to reach the "director" registered in the Companies House via LinkedIn or even FB but there is no sign of the director.
When stopped our cleans with them their Oxford manager confirmed we would be given a refund of around £500 then just stopped answering our calls and WhatsApp messages.
You may try going to their website, using live chat, or WhatsApp and asking for a callback, but nothing ever happens.
We were not even sent invoices for the £2000+ payment we made despite asking for it multiple times.
We have all the emails and the unanswered WhatsApp messages to support this review.
