Episodes are not playing. If it plays, it freezes at the end. Customer Support does not know what they are doing. Scripted troubleshooting. You will just go round in circles. They would ask a screenshot of your IP address and speedtest. IP address lol. I won't give that up. And giving them your speed, they have to have a screenshot so they would believe you. I have a NVIDIA shield pro and mostly streamers can attest that it is the best device for streaming but LO and BEHOLD. Support is telling me to replace my device with a firestick or a Roku. I was really laughing hard when I read the advise. In short, they can't fix problems on their streaming media. So that's why I scored it 1 star. If there was a lower rating, I would choose that rating.

Today, 07/24/2023 I was surprised to be watching Unbreak My Heart teleserye when ads suddenly came in between the show.
I didn’t enjoy the show with all the in between ads.
I think the change isn’t a good move considering that we viewers are used to watching our shows without interruptions.

MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THEY START CUTTING THE OPENING PRODUCTION OF ITS SHOWTIME WHICH DOESN’T MAKE SENSE SINCE IT IS ALREADY A RECORDING. HOW WILL THEIR BABY DOLLS WILL BECOME POPULAR IF TFC SUBSCRIBER DOES NOT EVEN KNOW THEM. THE MANAGEMENT FOR IWANT TFC ARE SMART BUT DUMB.

Very disappointed due to very poor quality service of the I want tfc app!
Me and my Family are iwant tfc app subscriber, paying $12.99 a month! But whenever we play and watch shows such as it's showtime, tv patrol, various tv shows, tv teleserye's and filipino movies what it does is the annoying freezing, blank screen loading of the programs! Long story short you can't properly watch their shows!! I am beggining to think also that this tfc channel app is a SCAM!! I always admire and liked the abs cbn channel. But from the looks of it, a lot of their iwant tfc channel app fans and subscribers are extremely and absolutely disappointed of the network services, quality and integrity of their i want tfc channel app!! To abs cbn channel, please fix these problems!! Or you will loose your reputation to many people!!!
