Ordered an item but not delivered

Ordered an item and received an email to say it would be delivered on one of two dates. Nothing arrived. Now all they say is that the tracking shows it’s delayed but no reason given and no new delivery date. Hopeless customer service and reading other reviews it looks like I won’t get a refund.

Misleading delivery dates at PoS

Bought a present because it was the cheapest online, waited 10 days longer than the expected delivery date, but found no (straightforward) way to cancel. When it arrived I had already made a purchase from another company, Had to pay £8 delivery cost to return through no fault of mine. Avoid: they price it cheaper, but they cant seem to deliver.

scam company

sent items back months ago after they delayed my delivery, now refusing to refund me and have banned my account due to complaining too much.

what a joke, have all the proof necessary to win a court case and will if they don't sort this!

Horrible company

Purchased over $1100 in merchandise. It was shipped from the UK to the US but was incredibly poorly packaged with very little packing material included in the box (the box was so thin it could easily be torn by hand). When I received the package and noticed the exterior damage I opened it immediately and documented the couple of damaged items inside (out of 12 total) and contacted the merchant to see what we could do (eg. a small partial refund or replacements in better condition shipped). They offered a 45% partial refund of the total purchase price which was really surprising but gladly accepted. But then when I saw only the shipping charge returned I contacted them again and they immediately changed their story and have tried to alter what was originally agreed to in writing. And they have done their best to bamboozle PayPal as well into supporting them. Stay FAR away from this merchant!

Top took a month to even be dispatched

Top took a month to even be dispatched. Didn’t fit, paid for return. Royal Mail tracking said return has been received. No contact from the company , had to use online chat where they instantly refunded me. Trying their luck.

Never EVER use this site

Never EVER use this site. 1 star because I can't give zero. Order weeks ago, order was never confirmed but they took my money anyway. Products were supposed to be delivered 2-4 days but never heard anything from them. Put a claim in with credit card company as couldn't contact them. They have now delivered products apparently 3 weeks late and too late for the holiday. We are now away so no longer need to product's thet we don't have because we aren't there and can't return. HORRIBLE company and should be report. I have reported for breaking contract as they shouldn't have taken money until order was confirmed. No way to cancel the order.

Iwoot what a joke,been waiting since…

Iwoot what a joke,been waiting since the 22nd of December 2021 for an order I placed. I've been in contact through there site. And just been told the same thing each time. Fogging me off with the same answer. I've asked for refund and was told they can't as are ready for delivery. Well it still saying ready for delivery since January 1st 2022. Ill never order from here again. Let's see how long more im going to have to wait for my order.

Buyer beware

I was a returning customer and in previous years had a positive experience. This year, simply dreadful! I ordered in late November some Christmas presents and part of my order was despatched mid December. I started chasing up the remaining order which happened to be Christmas themed t shirts. It is sad that a lot of companies including this one, elect to have no contact number and are only contactable by online chat (which was down more than active) or email. What should have been a 5 minute conversation was strung out over several weeks, I missed Christmas deadline and raised the issue via PayPal. Miraculously this seemed to spur IWOOT into action and I got the remainder of my order delivered in New Years Eve. Christmas themed T-shirts a week late. Completely useless. I will never use them again. I urge anyone to shop elsewhere as the customer service is non existent.

Avoid this company!

This only has one star so I am able to write a review its definitely not worthy of the one! I ordered Xmas jumpers on 11/12/2021 still no order and no refund. I have sent 6 messages and still no sign of my money or order.
Please avoid this company, they are just Stealing money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

Placed an order 12th December which should of been 3-5 days delivery and still haven't received this and no dispatch notice either! I have sent many emails to their customer service and only receive computer generated responses! I have requested a refund for my items as we are in January now and these were Christmas gifts which I had to frantically replace. I am disabled and can't get out shopping so my only option was to reorder 4 peoples gifts online which was a nightmare for delivery in time for Christmas. If IWoot had given me notice these items were not going to be delivered in time for Christmas and gave me enough notice better gifts elsewhere could of been ordered but they did not! So this caused me much upset and stress and of course had to apologise to my family members they got rubbish gifts as had no response from iwoot regarding original gifts. I have requested a refund and still no human response from iwoot.!!! I have since seen so many negative comments on Instagram regarding people also being ripped off by iwoot and I can see people have attempted to write negative comments on Facebook warning other people not to use iwoot but these comments get deleted by iwoot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND YOU YOUR ORDER! YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF A HUMAN AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ITS ALL COMPUTERISED GENERIC RESPONSES! IWOOT NEEDS REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS AND NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN BEFORE THEY RIP ANY MORE PEOPLE OFF!

Don't waste your time go elsewhere

I have not received my order and it is currently 9 working days. I have messaged several times and they cannot give me a dispatch date. They cannot cancel even though there has been a warehouse issue. I have the returns label but no order!!! Absolute joke. Final got a vague 5 working day dispatch time. Now no longer required. Awful do not buy from them.

Avoid at any cost

Let me start from l was returning UK customer and until now had good experience with shop. Placed my order 3 weeks ago part of the order arrived on time but other part is marked as out of stock. Messaged them 5 times trying to cancel or just simply replace item with another. Each time l have MSG back they can't do anything as the item is in despatch channel. What a joke! Then l get email with return forms explaining how to return an item. HOW DO THEY EXPECT ME TO RETURN STH I NEVER RECEIVED! My order still showing as processing and l can't do anything! Can't afford to buy same stuff elsewhere and wait to return item when arrive here. Guess my family members will get s.. gifts this year thanks to IWot! Avoid at any cost!!!

Unhelpful customer service experience

Their customer service is unhelpful. Contacted them regarding and issue I had with an order I had literally placed 3 mins ago only to have them rudely reply that the order was due for despatch so was unable to be altered and I would have to wait for the order to arrive, then return it and reorder it. How is that providing me with good customer service? How in the space of 3 minutes has my order been processed for dispatch? As IWOOT products can take a while to arrive, I did not have enough time to do all that when they could have easily cancelled the order due to the order being placed 3 minutes earlier, refunded me and have a very happy customer. But it’s fine I just won’t be shopping with them again.

Slow service and the 14 day cancellation is misleading

I ordered a Xmas jumper fir my daughter on 24th November. Plenty of time to get it for school events. It is still not dispatched 9 days later. I've attempted to cancel and have been told I will have to wait for it and return at my own cost. Don't buy from this company. I've wasted my money
