A massive thank you to Steve, Craig, Alex and the Jolliffe team. The whole process from Craig’s first visit, the design, Alex support from the office and the team assigned to my project, the experience was reassuring and amazing. Both Paul and Nick were respectful of both myself and my home throughout. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and can do approach meant that the result of a new kitchen was exactly as I had wanted. The team listened to what I hoped to achieve, offered their expertise to advise me. I had all new appliances fitted, tested and the little details added to a beautiful kitchen I was consulted at all times and I was made aware of any additional costs before going ahead. My experience was brilliant from start to finish I would highly recommend and use Joliffe again

We booked an appointment for them to come just before Christmas we explained to them what we needed doing. We were told they would get back to us early in the New Year. We called them back mid and late January to be told they were working on the quote and we would receive it in the next few days it’s been nearly 3 weeks not heard anything. I wish people would be honest and say we can’t do the job at least we’re not wasting each other’s time.

Great company

Very poor service, working on behalf of insurance co left our premises in worse state after initial works, then they wanted to fit non safety compliant ceiling. Very glad we never went with them or their recommendations.
Very poor insurance approved contractors.

It’s nice to have our bathroom back to normal after nine months of on and off disruption due to escape water from the neighbouring flat above us.

J. Jolliffe Ltd Builders repaired the damage corner of our ceiling and wall. Communication with the sales team was good and the tradesmen were friendly, punctual, clean with no disruption caused during repair works.

We highly recommend.
