I ordered a game from this company, taking a bit of a chance as I’d not heard of them before. The game arrived promptly but on opening it, it was missing a coloured die required to play the game (i.e. not a normal 6 sided die). I got in touch with them to explain the situation and the customer service was excellent - no quibbling about where the die had gone, etc., just a replacement in the post the next day.

Very happy with the service, highly recommended.

Good prices and selection of sylvanian families. Ordered on Monday during lockdown and arrived on Wednesday immaculately packaged. Would use again and recommend.

Transaction could of been smoother.. when the tracking number is saying awaiting parcel from sender for 3 working days and hermes are saying its with sender and sender is saying its with hermes its headache as a customer, Not sure if the delay was with dispatch or hermes but it finally arrived a day after the birthday. otherwise all good

Use them once, and was a bit apprehensive, as the price of the figure I bought was very good (compared with other stores), but It arrived quite fast and the item was exactly what I ordered.

Came across this website whilst searching for toys .. The prices were excellent and so tentatively (as I had not heard of them before ) I made an order... I received several reassuring emails advising on the status of my order and then I received an email advising of my 1 hour delivery slot (which even allowed me to change if not suitable) .. My order has been delivered today and I'm delighted. I'm sure with their prices I will be using this company again in the future

Ordered for the first time and not disappointed. Jacinabox was slightly cheaper than everywhere else but I'd never heard of them so I took a chance. Great communication through out and delivered exactly when they said it would be. I will definitely use them again.

Was a little anxious about ordering from them as not heard of them before and website looked a little dated. However should not have been concerned. They were great on the phone, quick delivery, item a great price. Cheaper than Amazon.

Shopped and price compared every item of playmobil i wanted to order and this site had it cheaper than any one with free delivery also.

Shopping around and found jack in a box. Cheaper than anywhere else for the doll I wanted and free delivery which is very fast. Very pleased and would use again.

I was a bit dubious about buying from here for the first time simply because they’re not one on the big toy stores so I wasn’t sure what service I’d receive? But I needn’t have worried, apart from the fabulous prices - that were not too good to be true! My parcel arrived quickly and I was able to track it along the way. Many thanks Jac in a box, I’ll have one happy little girl on Christmas Day.

I strongly suggest anyone to not use these robbing people!! I placed two orders for my daughters birthday, the items were “apparently” left behind my bins which are communal, I have provided the card left by the courier, yet a fake signature has been used to sign for the parcels. These people are not prepared to even raise a claim with courier so I’m now almost £250 our of pocket and can’t buy my daughters presents. Disgusting company
