I was unable to find the product I wanted in local shops, so was pleased to find it on your website. The ordering was very fast and simple, I received confirmation emails which made me confident it was all on its way, and it arrived very promptly. Great service. The only tiny thing I didn't like too much was that when I completed my payment online, it did not seem to be secure (ie no https:// at the start of the webpage address) and so I was a little nervous I would be left open to online card fraud. Also it said that I would have to go through Verified by Visa to make it secure (as I would with any other online purchase) but that window didn't pop up. It just went straight to the 'order complete' stage. So, this worried me a little, but everything else was spot on!

We were very pleased to find the jacinabox website as the toys were very suitable for our grandchildren's age group. What a surprise to receive the parcel so promptly. However, we were disappointed to see other toys that we would have liked to purchase pictured on the side of the boxes, but they were not on the website.

We used this site for some Christmas presents and the costs were very reasonable and the parcel arrived well packaged and very quickly. I would recommend.

Genuine Playmobil in proper packaging at excellent price. Very fast delivery at super low cost. Got email at 9:00 telling me it would be delivered between 10:08 and 11:08 (I love the precision!) and sure enought it was delivered at 10:20.
Through no fault of Jacinabox there was a small part missing. Helpful staff sorted it over phone and arranged for Playmobil to send missing part.
Recommended.
