Terrible Experience with Jackery!!

Terrible Experience with Jackery!!! Purchased Home power 3000 from Jackery's Page on Amazon stating it was fulfilled from Jackery. Got the item quickly, went to see up and register, Jackery quickly stated" It's NOT ours" Return it. We returned it and purchased from Jackery with a Price match. Manager was to call us, they NEVER called. We were charged the day we purchased! No tracking??? Where is it? We are in CALIF and Local. Will we get this? Customer service states label made but no tracking. Very concern, spent TOP dollar and getting Poor service.

Great customer service.

My Explorer 5000 has been working great for a year now. It saved money on my electric bill, supplied power during outages, and inspired me to go full off grid. I did have a small issue with charging from the grid but support worked through it and found a solution. It’s been at least six months on zero issues.

New unit failed and they replaced with a refurb

Unit was brand new failed before it had been discharged. They replaced it with a refurb that looks like it’s been around the block.. big hassle, this wasn’t cheap. Bummer I have no idea how old this thing is.

My solar panel is faulty and finding it…

My solar panel is faulty and finding it very difficult dealing with customer services. They have given me a label to print but I don’t have a box big enough. Also if I were able to box up and put label on, none of the emails state where to take

Will never use Jackery again

Severely limited solar charging capability

My decision to buy the Explorer 2000V2, was made based on website information "each DC8020 solar jack can d handle 400w". However, while setting up the unit, the manual clarified that while each jack will handle 400w, the unit is internally limited 400w TOTAL. This makes zero sense. Why offer two jacks? Why state on the website that each port can handle 400w? Why not allow 800w?

I own similar sized products from Inergy and Ecoflow. Both of these units can handle much more than a measly 400w (1000w and 1500w respectively). For goodness sake, the 2000V2 is rated at 2000wh!! It takes two to four times longer to charge my Jackery product, than it does my Inergy and/or Ecoflow installations.

If it wasn't for this glaring inconsistency, I would give six stars - because the 2000V2's size, form factor, configuration, and weight are all advantageous compared to my other power stations.

Sump pump backup power supply

Product delivered quickly and is as described on web site and videos. Using primarily as a backup power supply for a sump pump. Test runs have all worked well.

The Jackery 2000 plus is a great product! Easy to operate, easy to maneuver around our home and lots of power. The support team is always there to answer questions and provide support.

I had questions about some issues…

I had questions about some issues dealing with floating ground which were not discussed fully in the manual. I did get good and quick response from Jackery.com service. Would have given 5 stars for assistance I got but knocked off one srar because I think this should have been covered clearly in the user manual.
