We have just purchased a kia sportage from jacksons so far every thing seems to be fine the car was fully prepared and ready for the test drive it was nice to be able to go out on our own in the car. We had a fair trade in valuation better than expected and a little discount off the kia. No pressure or hard sell , good explanation of the cars history and payment options. We didn't have that feeling of desperation make a sale at any cost scenario you often get at dealerships which was nice.on the whole a good comfortable experience hopefully everything continues to be okay and any future dealings with the company will be positive.

Woke up this morning to a flat tyre, i contacted mobile tyres and they sent jacksons tyres came out they came promptly and got my tyre sorted, all sorted within a couple of hours of me contacting mobile tyres! If I had known I would have contacted Jackson tyres without going through the middle man. The guy that came out was friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend

Used them for the second time and they are absolutely brilliant to deal with. Got a great price for my car and they were extremely helpful with the whole process. Trustworthy and professional and you know your not going to get any comebacks.

Good lads. They know their stuff. Happy to take my car at short notice to put right an issue that other local mechanics couldn't be bothered to look at. I have used another mechanic in Lisburn for years but their attitude lately to only being willing to do basic servicing has meant I had to look elsewhere. Jacksons have been nothing but approachable, friendly and flexible in getting me sorted. I have 3 other cars that need serviced and I will be back with them. Keep up the good work.

Cannot fault Jackson Auto, their service is second to none. I would definately recommend them as they are always brilliant when I have ever needed work done to my car.

There's no hidden cost, no changing parts that are perfectly fine and no messing you about.
