A good well made solid product
A good well made solid product, fast delivery. Some of the fencing is a bit expensive, but looks great so worth paying a little bit more. Used fencing on several projects, always looks good.

not very helpfull
Ordered some materials that were not required. Jacksons policy on not taking stock back is not helpful.Even when I did not object to paying a handling fee. Tried to cancell order prior to delivery but they insisted on delivering.

The items you ordered were made to order and, as a result, cannot be cancelled once production has begun. This was communicated at the time of purchase and is also outlined in the order confirmation provided. We do try to make this as clear as possible. At the point you contacted us, your order had already been completed and was on the delivery vehicle.
We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for. However, as a manufacturer, we need to ensure we do not produce items that cannot be resold.
We do appreciate your feedback and are sorry for any disappointment caused.
The quality of the treated timber is…
The quality of the treated timber is second to none. I have used Jackson for a number of years, both for finished products and loose timber. It looks good when new and when weathered.
