I have been using Jackson's for a few years now. Their products and quick delivery are second to none. There is no other art supplies retailer that I have used that dispatches and delivers items as quickly as Jackson's. Items are always packed carefully and they use eco friendly packaging. Highly recommend!

I have chased and been told I will get an email when it arrives but no one can give me details of when that’s likely to be . Now 9 days and still waiting.

On this occasion I thought I was buying something similar to Frisk tracedown paper,for my 8 year old grandson.However on receipt found the paper so messy to the touch that we have binned it straight away.

I've always had a good service from Jackson's art, all art boards are packaged well and arrived in good order and on time ...thank you for a good service...it is becoming rare to find of late,

Usual good service from Jacksons. Dispatched fairly quickly (though this can vary) but always well packed so materials don't arrive broken or damaged unlike some other sellers.

Jackson’s had the supplies I needed- some online art shops are out of stock. The delivery costs are reasonable and I get points. The quality of the stretchers and panel are good -I am a returning customer

Jackson's are always my go-to art suppliers. They have a very good selection of art supplies which are very well wrapped, arrive quickly and so far in my experience, undamaged. Also, their prices are very competitive. As in the past, I would recommend them to friends and family.

The materials were good quality, but paid for next day delivery as I needed the supplies for an urgent project. They didn’t turn up until 3 days after original delivery date. I understand it was an issue with the courier, but I was disappointed by the support offered when contacting Jacksons about the delay. Probably won’t use them again as I often have to work on projects at quite short notice, so I can’t risk it again.

Jacksons always deliver on time well packed & great product

I have been ordering my printmaking and art supplies regularly from Jackson's Art for over 3 years now. They are consistently great with their speedy dispatch times, excellent packaging (very important when buying many large sheets of quality paper) and customer service too. Products arrive in good condition and the range of items available is excellent too. Prices are generally very competitive, especially when ordering from their regular specialty sales. They have bought out a couple of smaller suppliers recently which I was initially concerned about but this doesn't appear to have affected their prices or processes. My only slight disappointment is that they have not had the T.N. Lawrence, green durathene rollers in stock for a very long time. I'm a very satisfied customer otherwise though.

Excellent service. My materials arrived in good time and well wrapped, bearing in mind their delicate nature. I will be ordering from Jackson's again soon.

Quick delivery of the various seemingly unrelated items, good quality as always
