Dear Jago24.de team i make a order from you with number SP24-554346 at 5 June 2017 .I receive 3 items of 5 of the order, the 4th was damage and was return to you by local courier(i send to you information email )and the 5th didn't delivered at all.I request refound for the 2 items that i didn't receive (damage and undelived) and until now 3 September 2017 i am waiting.Could you please tell how to solve this problem.

Didn't receive after 3 months refund.

DO NOT GO NEAR THESE CRIMINALS

Been waiting for a refund on a faulty crap barbell for 3 weeks now.They promise you the world when ordering but as soon as a problem arises they don't want to know.If they've gone bust they deserve it but believe me I will be pursuing my owed money through PayPal and if necessary lawyers and administrators.If anyone from this rubbish German company is reading this you've been warned !!!

Paid in advance, items delivered in poor quality 1 month later

I am absolutely up set about this company. Unfortunatelly I paid them via bank transfer in advance for the goods never delivered. It took them 2 weeks to reply to my request, saying they received no payment from my side, what is of course not thruth. This was my first purchase from a German webpage and costed me 155EUR and no product was delivered to me :-( I am very dissatisfied. Update: At the end item was delivered with 1month delay. Quality is far not first class, it has a strange smell and it looks like already used.

AVOID. DO NOT USE.

I bought a large cat tree from this company. First attempt was missing a total of 15x pieces across 4x different parts - which I discovered after building around a 3rd of it. Jago refused to ship another full kit, which I proposed to remove the required parts and make the remainder available for collection. They insisted on collection and a new, full kit sent out once received back. I reluctantly agreed.

The second kit was missing EVEN MORE parts. Once again - I suggested sending a full kit that could supplement the incomplete kit but once again that was flatly refused.

Considering this tree weighed 46kg across two large boxes, which I had to have delivered away from my home, I had hoped for greater consideration of my requirement and situation - rather than a "copied and pasted" email from customer services - particularly the second time!

I would not recommend using them - firstly because there would be no guarantee your product would arrive complete (including any replacement) and secondly because their returns process and customer services is highly flawed and inadequate. They read from a script and paste emails with no consideration for their clients situation.

Jago 24 operate via jago24.co.uk, .de, .fr and also via Amazon, eBay and other outlets so just double check your products isn't shipping from them or you will be disappointed.

Very bad customer service

What an appalling company everyone should should think twice before using them.
My dreadful experience started over 3 weeks ago, I ordered two grey stools but when they arrived they were bright orange, I contacted Jago24.de customers where I was told that before they would accept return I would have to send them a photo to prove the wrong items were sent, I did this and returned the stools over a week later they sent replacement but when I opened the box it contained a metal money box not the grey stools......so here we go again I contact their customer service again and again was told to photograph the " as if I would lie about what was sent...how you fix problems determines how good your company your customer service is abysmal .........total waste of time

Poor quality products match poor customer service

After buying two mobile phone battery packs, both failed, One with loose connection which overheated and did not hold charge. Second one has poor on off button and does not hold chargemore than a few hours. Useless as backup.
I emailed customer support with the required details as specified on their website, included the invoice and order numbers, as well as product code. Response was a simple delay with a standard request to reply to them with an invoice number and order number before they could take action. This had already been include in the prior email. I returned their email with the details, but no response.
I then tried to contact them by telephone and found they are shut Saturday [ and Sunday, even just prior to christmas-not a real online service]. I telephoned them on a Monday (uk number) only to receive a fixed message loop [any option gave same loop], the message stating to contact them by email with any problems; A total non-action on their part.

Now I am attempting a full refund and return of the items- I am finding this to be a major excercise - Total waste of time and effort with complete disappointment from what was expected to be high German efficiency, and no use now as a Christmas present.
Avoid them and avoid disappointment . Not a typical German high quality product or service.

DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM JAGO24

I purchased one of their BBQs and due to a mix up - mainly due to poor product description I ended up with a model for use in Germany - different fittings. It came with screws missing which were eventually delivered on the second attempt. By the time I had solved the assembly I then realised that the hose fitting were a problem - When I asked for help from their customer services their first reaction was that time had passed and that the BBQ was out of time to return to Germany - not sure how you do that with an assembled BBQ. The best solution that they could come up with was to quote their email 'Therefore we would like to advise you to try and sell the BBQ purchased on Ebay in Germany where it can be usable'.
I solved by finding a German lady through the internet who sent the necessary adapter within 2 days!!

AVOID!!!

The chair arrived after a lengthy delay, upon assembling the back did not fit correctly, contacted the seller who advised to package it up and it would be collected. I waited in the entire day and no courier showed up. Emailed the seller again who was unable to explain this, booked another return, again no courier showed up. So 2 full days wasted. Livid I contacted them again wanting a refund so far I've not had any reply and they have 24 more hours then I will be taking the matter further as well as leaving an appropriate review on Amazon.

UPDATE!!! So the chair was FINALLY collected at 17:40 on the 3rd attempt and a refund was issued. HOWEVER a few days ago (18/03) I received a call from their "customer service" offering me money/compensation to change this review! When I explained how much I had lost by not attending the office they said it would be covered, great I thought! However they then came back today (25/03) saying they would only offer £20 for me to amend my review!!!

Do yourself a favour and do not use them unless you enjoy being annoyed. Terrible service and I do not have any faith in them!

I hope they actually read this and realise what they need to do to improve!

Nightmare to return faulty items

Ordered a coolbox via Amazon which was faulty on arrival. Item was poorly packaged, just put inside an ordinary cardboard box. The LED lights didn't function and the item didn't warm or become cold. Asked to return and JAGO sent me a copy of the instructions. I asked again and they said they'd ask their technical dept and then asked me to take a photograph of the faulty item. Finally, Amazon intervened and they agreed to accept return, emailing me a letter completely in German and asking me to sign it. I declined, as I had no idea what I was signing. They told me someone would call to collect it between 8 and 6 on May 28th, but sent someone to collect on May 27th instead. I came home to find the collector waiting and, as he could not wait, had to turn him away. I have messaged them, asking if they will come tomorrow as I've made arrangements to be home and had no reply. Terrible company. Will never order from them again.
Jago eventually arranged collection and refunded my payment then messaged to offer me £8 extra if I removed my negative review. Trustpilot have been given a screenshot of my original order and their offer.
