Cheating customers by replacing and…

Cheating customers by replacing and altering the orders.
I ordered Kelloggs 750 gms of Muesli for Rs. 400 they delivered 500 gms packet worth 290 Rs. and shamelessly charged me the same price of 400 Rs.
Hence I lost 110 Rs.
Another item was altered.
I ordered 500 gms of frozen Blueberry and I received two items of 125 gms of fresh Blueberry.

For existing and future customers, Please verify your orders regarding brand, weight, expiration date etc.
