Marshall JLR Leicester

Marshall JLR Leicester
Truly awful, do not use.
Firstly, it takes on average 10-15 mins to answer the phone if at all. The ‘receptionist’ who answers then informs you no one is free to take your call and they will call back. They never do.
Secondly, RR booked in online for service with courtesy car. I have booking confirmation but they claim they can not find booking and therefore can’t fit it in. Further, they now claim they can’t service it until mid - end July!!
Thirdly, ‘management’ couldn’t care less and have no interest in trying to resolve complaints i.e. helping to sort above problem and do not call back either because ‘they are too busy’. Aren’t we all? This is self inflated, entitled behaviour. Come on, you work in a service focused industry!

New Defender!

New Defender!
Land Rover know that they have a big failure issue with overheating of LED "Angel Eyes" Headlights, more than 37% of all new Defenders owners has to replace LED Headlights due to overheating problems. My right side headlight halo ring failed two months after end of warranty period and no help from Land Rover. All new headlights was in backlog due to overheating problems well known by Land Rover.
Land Rover's Service Policy is not exissting compared to other welknown automobile manufactors. LR leave their customers in the open sea without any lifewire, no response to emails, no response from LR's service team. LR don´t dare to check the internet for customers in the same situation all over the globe and refraining from admitting the problem and help their customers.

DONT BUY LANDROVER BUY A MERC.

Trust me do not buy a Land rover unless enjoy going to the dealers. I have a Evoque Autobiography in 2021 (24300miles) £2700 bill for soot in the exhaust (Diesel Particular filter) In 2023 EGR replaced £1000 (36200 miles) 2023 (36483 Miles) Yet another Diesel Particular filter) £2700. It then broke down on way back from dealer (36497 Miles) it is now on the back of a low loader on way the Land rover Cardiff. This car has FULL Land Rover service history and MOT at Land Rover Asked land rover to step in and help as the cost is getting ludicrous. The reply was a flat out NO as the fault was down to me as I am a low milage user. I asked them did they advertise that they were not to be used for sort journeys but got no answer to this! Waiting on the outcome of the latest breakdown. Also have had to have it recovered at my own cost at £200 each time. DONT BUY LANDROVER BUY A MERC.

2019 Jaguar FPace “connected services” won’t! Says Licence (paid for) expired

I have a 2019 FPace, which I love. What I hate is that having paid subscription for “connected services” traffic etc, having signed in, in the car, having seen the subscription end dates in Jaguar apps as Mar 24… it still won’t connect so I don’t have the service I have paid for. It has been reported via Henry’s Christchurch who have been very good. It seems JLR knows this is an issue for the FPace for any other the latest model with new touch screen. But if you have an older version like my 2019, they don’t care.

JLR talk to me, solve this massive frustration and issue or give me my money back and I will keep using Waze instead!
