Update. Jaja upheld my claim. Uber paid 20 of 25 transactions back. Jaja paid 1 and gave me £40 goodwill. Several emails to Natalie in Complaints Dept regarding the other 4 but no response. Have to be Financial Ombudsman I’m afraid.

Card blocked while on Holiday
Card blocked while on Holiday, prefer to use credit card for finacial prptection, cleared balance prior to holiday to allow full use if needed and its beem blocked. You cant speak to a Human constant automation responses stating 2 weeks to rectify! Any other finacial institute allows rectification immediately just a quick review of transactions and confirmation and back up and running. Avoid if you want a hassle free, easy communication, finacial company
