Local company with real quality in everything

This company has retained staff from local communities and continues to be concerned with people and their needs. Big companies could learn lots from the people working here - they really do seem to care - unusual these days. Been with them for a long time - and can't rate them highly enough.

Excellent company to deal with

Engineer was efficient, turned up when expected and gave me a good verbal report on the condition of my boiler. I've as always found Gassure an excellent company to deal with and have been really pleased with our general domestic insurance cover policy.

Excellent Service, couldn't fault it

Recently had my annual boiler service. As a deaf person it is always a worry when strangers are in the house but I didn't need to worry, the engineer was so helpful and professional and spoke slowly and clearly when talking to me so that I could lip read what he was saying. He was lovely and made the whole experience straightforward.
I would highly recommend this company, I like the fact they are a local company and their service plans are hundreds of pounds less than some of the main energy providers.

Delay

Was scheduled for am but received text to say things were delayed and engineer would not be till pm - fortunately I was not going out and it device went ahead as planned. Had to request engineer to put on shoe covers as light carpet but otherwise things went fairly smoothly.

I would say the number of text I received about my appointment seemed a little excessive.

The person answering the phone and taking down my request for a service didn’t always seem to grasp everything first time and kept repeating what I was saying - seemed a bit anxious but perfectly pleasant and this is not a criticism

Excellent Service

Excellent Service, engineer advise all what he had done got a good service and everything is in good working order no issues so that is very reassuring also had to rearrange initial appt and James Frew accommodate me .
