Visited the shop for a watch, Amber was incredibly helpful along with her colleague (I couldn't remember his name - sorry!). They both provided answers to all my questions and made me feel very comfortable spending money with their business. The service was excellent.

Great Service….
Ordered a watch I saw abroad, looked online and got a better deal with JMJ Win No 1.
Contacted to be advised the original box and papers couldn’t be found, I said I would wait for replacements from the manufacturer, was contacted again to advise the box and papers had been located and the watch had been dispatched, on top of this I was refunded £50 for my patience, Win No 2.
The watch is exceptional and the box and papers are correct, Win No 3!

The citizen titanium ray mears watch is well worth buying, very light weight. It's as though its not on your wrist. Only down fall again with this and most citizen strap watches, is they need to make there straps longer. Other than that all good.....
